The place has been done well but people incharge need training in talking to people and knowing their needs. I enrolled myself for Zumba as I love dancing. After my registration my 1st day was strengthening my muscles when I have started my gyming after 2 months. With all the pain the next day was yoga not Zumba again. When questioned why they mentioned Zumba is only for 2 days in a week. I lost my money and walk away without any other choice. I did mention to them that I had injuries and I was unable to do anything else other than zumba. Be careful before registering.

Best place to go to get into shape. Highly experienced and professional trainers and friendly staff. They have excellent quality equipments and are all maintained at high quality. Everything for complete beginners to professional body builders to train are available. There are group sessions few times every week and great facilities. Steam bath facility is available as well as clean and hygienic shower rooms. The trainers are very friendly and always help out in your routines. They also give professional advices to maintain your physical health and have regular Body composition analysis tests and suggest exercises suited for our level. All in all, a great place to work out.

Disappointing , to say the least. I joined here on friends recommendation. While initially when I joined I was told I would be given 7 day induction program &proper exercise chart after a counseling with the in house head trainer after a fitness test. I explained to them that I already do 45 min cardio as I'm a dancer . I only need to do weights & that I have very limited experience with lifting weights & would need assistance initially so as to not injure myself. by day 2, I was left alone. Pretty much standing by myself not knowing what to do. Same on day 3, 4 & 5. I kept asking them for fitness test - didn't seem interested. Every day I would go out to the reception asking if there was any trainer that would show me what to do. And they would say she has gone to coffee..let me find him etc.. & get back on the phone. I figured may be it's a one off thing & let it go. There was finally a fitness test of barely 10 minutes. Also the body analysis machine is faulty. Shows lower bmr/higher muscle etc..to suit their sales. I've checked my bca in 3 different places - all of them showed the same thing , except here. Which showed very different report. anyway there was no one on one sessionwith inhouse trainer. After 7th day break, I was told to download app for exercises. I told them I didn't want apps & needed guidance. So, reluctantly they handed me a card Which works my abs thrice a week but my hips & legs only once a week & additionally another 30 min of cardio assigned. Obviously they don't listen when u speak. I still continued their exercise plan thinking they know better. Over the next few days - I did exercises mentioned in the card. Obviously the trainers were nowhere to be seen. There was only one girl who made an effort to help me. Sometimes I would ask other customers in there to show me how to do so& so exercise.over the days I mentioned several times to the general trainer" that none of these exercises were feeling right & didn't even feel like I had exercised my muscles. She just said keep doing. I also asked her to show me which exercise targets exactly which muscles. Again she mumbled incoherent stuff & disappeared. So I continued doing them religiously. Yet a hain, another male trainer spotted me & I again mentioned to him that except for the arms , none of the exercises seemed to work my muscles & I didn't even feel anything in my muscles. I asked him to show me the right way to do it. Or show me which exercise targets which muscles. Again, he simply said "oh, u can't do this, try something easier" (they want to keep u at lowest level possible so u keep working out there & never get slim! Let me decide what my body can or cannot do. Or at least try) & changed subject telling me to get some tests done & the in house diet advice will be given (another sales tactic). Again, they dodge your questions. They don't want u to learn more or do more as it keeps u coming to them. So, again I've been doing exercises & I will quit soon. But I will tell people this is an overhyped place. They have fancy equipments but horrible management. Everyone from the general female trainer to the cleaning lady try to find out how much you earn to hook u to their services. And if they feel you are reluctant to try their "personal trainer" services or their dietician service. They simply ignore u & don't give even the guidance they initially promised. The cleaning lady has tried asking my salary many times. The general trainer usually seems disinterested in showing you anything , chats in the reception or stares out the window. My suggestion to management - instead of making fancy promises, just say we have fancy equipment n u come & use. No trainers or assistance will be provided. If u need assistance of any sort, u must pay 15 k per month. At least that's honest advertising They pretend like they will sit with you while they make your exercise chart - nope. Just some random stuff scribbled without taking into consideration anything you tell them or ask them. Pros - fancy equipment. Cons - everything else.

I have had a very bad experience with fitness ace. I joined the gym and started using the facility from April 2019. Initially I was asked to pay a sum of rs. 12,000/- towards annual membership. Subsequently, I was asked to pay rs. 36,000/- towards personal training. And I was also asked to pay rs. 10,000/- towards using the massage facility. I was happy with the personal trainer for the first three months and was contended and really satisfied with the personal trainer. Subsequently, as my three month duration was over I asked the gym and was told that there was a new scheme called β€œ pay as you gym β€œ according to which I was supposed to pay the trainer and the trainer instead would pay the gym owner/ management. Things were moving fine when yesterday( 28/08/2019) an operational manager - mr. khader called me and asked me to take back the money which I had paid for the personal training and that there was no connection between the gym and the trainer. I had actually paid and booked for personal training for an entire year roughly amounting to rs 1.5 lakhs. I tried contacting the personal trainer and he replied through messages saying that he was ill. I wasnt aware of anything that was going on until today when mr. khader called me today into his personal chamber and that I had to take back the amount paid to the personal trainer. When I asked him as to why I had to take back the money from the personal trainer when he was so good, mr. khader replied that the personal trainer was not co operating and hence he was being removed. Now my whole money is stuck and I have to take legal recourse. Though I’m a lawyer by profession, I’m out in a legal situation to fight for my own case. I have to take the legal recourse. But, I find the management very detached from solving the problem and left it for me to solve. In the course I have also learnt that the management is doing the same to others. Many others along with me are out in the same situation. Later, mr. khader made me speak to another person by name Susheel nag who I was told owner of the business who coldly suggested me to take back the money from the trainer. When I asked what was the reason for not allowing the trainer to train me and others, no proper explanation was given. Now I have been left with no option but to insist on getting my money or getting my training from the particular trainer. That apart, I’m told that the management is not paying any salary to any of its trainers and insisting them to work without pay. No pf or esi is paid to the employees and there is no proper record maintained. Otherwise, the gym is located in the third floor and there is no proper ventilation. During peak hours, when the floor is full, the air is suffocating and no provision is made for cross ventilation. It is very unhealthy working out in there. I must say that initially I was told that there would be an induction programme by general trainers. But no such induction was made and I was forced to take personal training. The front office initially told me that personal training would cost me rs. 12,000/- per month. I was duped into believing that the personal training would be for an entire month but later I was told it was only for 12 days in a month. All these facts were hidden and their only agenda was to make me believe things to their advantage and induce me to pay them. Now very easily they have shirked from their responsibility and asking me to get my money on my own. Now I’ll have to file a case to either continue training the particular trainer or not extract my money from the trainer. So friends, please do not indulge in any such schemes which will be changed without prior notice. No receipts will be given for the payments made and if any issue arises, you’ll be left to fend for yourselves. It is a very bad experience I’m facing. So my opinion is that the management is irresponsible and money oriented.

I have been member of Fitness Ace since it's beginning. I have found the equipments, facilities and trainers at world class level. It is much spacious with separate sections for weights, cardio, group class studio, MX4 studio, MMA training ring and clean restrooms with steam room. They also arrange for frequent outdoors activities and aqua zumba at RT Nagar branch. Overall I find it great value for money. I have been able to achieve modt of my fitness goals with trainers and staff's support. Keep it up!

Has a very great ambience, very approachable and certified trainers, has world's best equipments. Has ample parking facility in and around the building. They also cater varieties of group classes including zumba, yoga, HIIT and many more. And the best part is the MMA studio they have. I was awestruck by seeing the studio. They also offer many classes like MMA, BJJ and few more martial arts classes. Anyone living close by this place you should definitely have this place as your first option.

One of the best gym I have come across till date.Neat and well maintained premises, equipments and friendly staff. Need to mention the trainers, well trained and supportive. A special mention to Mr.Abdul Rashid. He understands your goal, trains and guides how to achieve it along with the diet plans. Personally I have been training under him and he motivates you to go better and better every single day & corrects your posture while doing every work out. There is always a smile when you enter the work out area.

Have been working out here for more than three months. The gym has the best facilities and amenities provided in the locality. All the equipment’s are well maintained and there are different range of equipment. I have indulged myself with a personal trainer, Vishal Sanjay Shivam. He is by far the best trainer and motivator I have come across, he takes special care and supports all his clients to his best ability. He is fun, skilled and knowledgeable about the art of body building and training. I would personally recommend him as a personal trainer to everyone interested. The management is very co-operative and friendly. Overall it lovely working out at Fitness Ace. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Thumbs up for the equipments. Reducing 2 stars for lack of guidance from trainers. They are least bothered about clients unless you pay hefty fees and hire them as personal trainer.

They don't have any general trainers. All the trainers are giving Personal Training. Don't expect them to support or plan for you. They are ignorant & uninterested generally If you don't take PT. Moreover, Poor Management wont bother towards any issues reported to them. The earlier Goodlife Fitness reputation isn't there anymore. It has totally became a low cost budget workout area. I wasted my money.
