The place is clean Accessible from both main road and the village If you love off roading then take the road from inside the village The villagers have kept the place clean You can travel my car, bike and walk I would recommend walking alongside the lake so you can enjoy the view Please don't litter around the lake

One of the ancient lakes, dating back to around 1000 AD. The lake is under the process of rejuvenation thanks to the efforts of the localities and NGOs (rrwa.wordpress.com) The lake plays a crucial role in maintaining good underground water level and irrigation systems. It is also a preferred destination for rare and exotic birds. If the plastic dump is reduced, it is one of the best lakes around Bengaluru.

No water, it is not clean,lot of plastic on the lake

It's my village i love it

Its a perfect location for bird watching in all seasons. Huge lake on one side and a good patch of trees, shrubs on the others side provides a perfect habitat for all kinds of birds. Some people have started cutting big trees which is not good for the birds which depends on them. Request respective authorities to take necessary action to stop cutting trees.
