💙I had a good experience with the hotel - quiet cozy place, comfortable spacious rooms, spa ( sauna, banya turku, pool), friendly and lovely staff

One of my favorite places. Wonderful spa services. Highly recommend.

This is a lovely hotel with both well presented and comfortable bedrooms. The bathrooms are to a high specification and as with the rooms they are very spacious. The beds are very large and comfortable providing a good night's sleep. The view from the rooms on both sides of the hotel are beautiful providing a well placed viewpoint over the local area. Downstairs the spa facilities are immaculate and offer pool, steam room and sauna. Breakfast had a good range of hot and cold food and drinks making the stay. The location is such that a car would be required to access the local area, but I would presume that given the hotels location any visitor would have access to a vehicle in order to have arrived at the hotel anyway. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

Alcobaca is definitely worth a visit. It is a beautiful historic town with some lovely restaurants. This hotel has some good points but also some negatives. Good: - Great scenery (I've included a sunset oicture from my balcony) - Nice spa - Relaxing mid-week - Friendly and attentive staff Bad: - Food options are limited at the hotel and not the best quality - At the weekend, it becomes a noisy family retreat with lots of children (great if you are looking for a family friendly spa weekend, not great if you are looking for a quiet couples retreat) I don't regret staying here, I enjoyed Alcobaca and had a nice time overall.

Disappointing, small rooms, cold indoor pool, below average breakfast. A "false" 4 star, an average 3 at best.

Beautiful place and location. Room carpet was not vaccumed with someone else's bread crumbs on the floor. Had a massage abd had to send the therapist out to ask the manager not to be talking loudly right outside the window.. it was followed uo with several bangs. She was apologetic. The view is worth the stay.

Staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms are not very well maintained: shower is broken, in general it feels worn out. One day at night there was no hot water.

Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr ruhig und gut gelegen. Die Angestellten sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.... Wir geniessen unseren Aufenthalt und kommen wieder!
