I am writing about restaurant, staff who serving food didn't take order properly, they didn't gave any menu card. Whatever we ordered they will telling , it will be late. Finally we came to know that manpower is very less. So for better improvement management should take more staffs in kitchen. One man is serving to 6 table and he is doing billing also. So waiting period increasing.

Good hotel but restaurant is not excellent half items on menu is not available but overall good experience

Restaurant service is horrible , Poor staff management, they dont know how to deal with a customer itself. Worst food better if you are staying there have food from outside. Never try hotel restaurant! Worst experiences !

We came here to have lunch. 1 beef biriyani and 1 chicken biriyani and mint lime. The food was tasty. Service was excellent. toilet were neat and clean and staffs were very friendly.

To be frank... I don't feel it was worth it. The rooms were really good. But the service as such, except the front office staff... Were really disappointing. Especially, the way they attend the room service calls, the way they responds for an order, customer handling at restaurent. Can you belive they provided us with dishes which had Egg in it, while we specifically asked for Vegetarian dish... Allover... An okay okay place..

Got good food, which was not expected in a small town

Quite a good 3 night stay. The bed was firm and comfortable unlike some other hotels. The room was big and an extra bed can be accommodated easily. The only problem was with morning coffee, which you will have to request from the front office if you want it early. Breakfast was a fixed menu of 3-4 items but was tasty.

The best restaurant in this location especially for lunch meals. Neat, tasty, affordable.

Seems like the only star hotel in Kollengodu. After seeing the luxurious hotels of the rest of Kerala, you won't be very happy with this place. Just an Okay type. But you have no other option in that area.

The food was taking so long to get and even the quality of the food is very poor . Not at all satisfied and so expensive which is not required for these type of food....😑🙄 Sorry to say this ,don't take this as negative UNDERSTAND THE MISTAKE and try to not do again . Customer service good..😊 but food is not as expected. Hope you will do best next time.

Not worth enough for the price you pay. Rooms are just Ok. The food was expensive but the quality was poor.

Worst bar ever been. Service horrible. Pricing is well placed but the Management should ensure the services for the pricing. Not recommended.

Went for a late lunch ....was quite surprised the food quality n taste was amazing.....had a great late lunch....parota n beef roast n beef curry.....yummy

I had an excellent 2 days stay at Paray Village County. All the staff's members were very kind and helpful, and they took complete care of us. Rooms are spacious and restrooms are very hygienic and neat. Water was available 24*7 and wifi too. One of the best place to stay in Kollengode. A special mention to Mr Aromal, from the beginning to end his approach was very polite and kind. Any time, any request, he was there to help us. He make sure that our stay at the hotel was comfortable. Overall i had a great experience and definitely i would recommend this place to my friends and relatives. Worth to stay. Love to visit again !

I have been here for a week travelling for work. The room was clean and confortable. The staff was very kind. The food was fine for that come from Italy.

Very nice experience. We stayed for 2 days in delux room. Charge is 3400+tax. Room service is good. Food is ok but good not bad. Special dish we loved - karemeen fish fry(must try). Location is very near to high way. We went to pothundi dam and neliyampathy from here. A short 20 min drive from here. Staff support is excellent. We needed a 4 hour extension they helped us very much. Room is ok not a 4 star set up but nice and clean. Bathroom cleanliness is lil bad. Not felt fresh. Overall a budget friendly stay.

Such a nice hotel Rooms and restaurants well neatly maintaining and food is well tastefully.. (parrotta, pepper chicken, chicken friedrice and chicken chilly) topnotch taste. I really like this hotel.
