Worst experience i had today with Dr. Narendra at Penchalamma hospital. Dr. Narendra and the staff is completely money minded. They are very rude people. With the name of treatment, they try to pull money from your pocket as much as possible. My mother had a TKR ( Total knee replacement (only right leg) by Dr. Rajashekhar reddy on 4th Nov 2020 at Vijaya hospital, Chennai. And he had suggested Dr.Narendra in nellore ( near RTC ) for stritches removal. On 16th Nov 2020 we have visited penchalamma hospital and we met Dr. Narendra for stritches removal. He has written 1000 rs valuable items from his medical shop. And he asked 1500 rs as his consultation fee. But they worst part is, The working staff, who is not even a nurse has removed the stritches. Dr.Narendra didn't do anything. When I asked why are you charging 1500 rs as a fee, Is it really worth this much ? He replied rudly that how much you paid for TKR ? I said i paid around 2 lakh. Then he replied very rudely that you pay 2 lakh there, But u dont want to pay 1.5 k here.. I really have a doubt that, does this Dr. Narendra have brain ? I am just asking, is it really TKR and Stritches removal are comparable things ? I found this comparision is similar like, Purchasing 10 Laks rs car. Then going to puncture shop for puncture. And puncture shop guy charges 10 k. If you ask him why 10 k, then he may say to you that if u can buy lakh car, why dont u pay 10k for puncture. And i real doubt, what they have done with 1000rs valuable items that I have paid for. When I asked they said, everything is used nothing is left. Finally 1 passitive thing about DR.Narendra that, after requesting so much, he billed 1.5 k, but took only 1 k from me as a consultation fee. And I paid 50 rs just simply without any reason to the front office women who removed the stritches ( she demanded that 50 rs ). Whoever is reading this review, if you really value your money, dont go to this doctor. Better you go to any RMP doctor. RMP doct can remove the stritches with just 100 rs..

Dr.vijaya nirmala reddy is an excellent dentist. She took the time to explain every procedure she was doing. For example, when I got my teeth whitened, The Dr was very supportive, and thorough when explaining the process. She is a professional and has a naturally lovely personality.
