BIG NO & Not recommended in Nellore. It's worst experience with KFC (Nellore MGB mall). I ordered Chicken cheese burger meal , 2 burgers without meal , bucket of 4 leg pieces & veg strips. Burger was too worst, veg strips ok ok. Better to go some other rater than kFC. Worst thing is we hv to secure our food from insects. you can find same in attached pics.

Ambience and hygiene is worst. They are not even cleaning the tables. Coke was spilt and all over the table and floor. It was just left like that. Too much reckless staff. After ordering they keep the bill becoz one item was pending. But after giving that item they just threw the bill. When I asked for bill, they didn't even give me duplicate bill. They are just saying threw the bill. Not providing bill for the food we ordered is the worst service. Actually i deserve free good wen they didn't provide the bill

One of the worst KFC. Staff was like a don't care attitude, I was waiting in the queue for half an hour for my order and responce from the staff was very rude and never expected that. Missing item from the order, I saw two families are complaining about the items missing from their order. It's running just because of the Brand Value.

One of the worst chicken.. I ever had.. Yesterday i bought double down chicken along with red smoky chicken leg and cripsy chicken.. After having those items.. Now i am in hospital situation. Got vomiting, stomach ache, fever and so many full body is in trouble.. I really don't know what kind of food they are preparing. I had a really disappointing experience at KFC.Tables are very dirty ,chicken is not cooked properly,worst ambience, employees are making noise a lot and screaming among themselves, management is very poor which reflected in poor service. Worst food and they took nearly 45 minutes to give one burger, thought there are only 2 customers are there employees are very careless not even giving proper explanation why the order is taking that long and chicken was not cooked properly. We ordered Big8 on sunday. The food served was not hot and tasty, and in the billing counter ther are not providing bill mentioning items and prices, the outlet was located in the MGB mall ground floor, needs lot of improvement in food taste and service, I was totally disappointed with KFC

5 star for food. But this 1 star rating is for Air conditioning and maintenance. I visited and had food almost 10 times here. But they never switch on Air conditioning and say it is in repair. Not sure if it is really in repair from past 1 year during my visits.

Cashier was good, but the inside team got me ready the items to sit-eat when I clearly ordered for take away and the same was mentioned in their bill too. So the waiting time had become long as they again took extra time to pack a takeaway. The worst part is they took 200 rupees more from their listing price and when I asked the same, the cashier said the prices are increased.However, the same was mentioned in the bill. Besides, no proper packing for drinks, so they promised 1 ltr bottle but in the delivery pack they only have added 500 ml. Overall, food was delicious but service is not really upto mark.
