recently
stayed
at
the
Pavani
hotel,
and
I
must
say
it
was
an
incredibly
disappointing
and
unsanitary
experience.
From
the
moment
I
checked
in,
it
was
clear
that
hygiene
was
not
a
priority
at
this
establishment.
The
most
concerning
issue
was
the
severe
infestation
of
cockroaches
in
the
room.
Instead
of
a
comfortable
and
clean
environment,
I
found
myself
sharing
the
room
with
these
unwelcome
pests.
It's
not
only
unsightly
but
also
a
serious
health
hazard.
The
fact
that
the
hotel
management
allows
such
a
condition
to
persist
is
both
shocking
and
unacceptable.
The
attitude
of
the
staff
towards
customers
was
equally
appalling.
Their
arrogance
and
indifference
to
our
concerns
only
added
to
the
overall
unpleasant
experience.
It
is
crucial
for
a
hotel
to
have
a
customer-centric
approach,
but
sadly,
Pavani
Hotel
falls
short
in
this
regard.
The
room
services
were
subpar,
to
say
the
least.
The
facilities
were
outdated,
and
the
window
air
conditioning
unit
was
in
poor
condition.
It
barely
functioned,
leaving
the
room
uncomfortable
and
stuffy.
I
expected
a
reasonable
level
of
comfort
when
booking
a
hotel
room,
and
this
did
not
meet
even
the
most
basic
standards.
Within
a
couple
of
minutes,
I
decided
to
check
out
and
find
alternative
accommodation.
It
was
clear
that
staying
at
Pavani
Hotel
was
detrimental
to
my
health
and
well-being.
In
conclusion,
I
strongly
advise
against
staying
at
Pavani
Hotel.
The
lack
of
hygiene,
the
cockroach
infestation,
the
unprofessional
attitude
of
the
staff,
and
the
poor
room
services
make
it
an
utterly
regrettable
choice
for
any
traveler.
I
hope
this
review
serves
as
a
warning
to
others,
and
I
sincerely
hope
that
the
management
of
Pavani
Hotel
takes
immediate
action
to
address
these
issues.
