We went to DSR paradise hotel in Nellore Ayappagudi centre to take a rest in a hotel in order to continue our journey on a high way next day morning. After went to the reception, every staff was sleeping and we had to wake them up and asked for a room. A simple question that we asked at the time of booking that whether you’ve a room service and the receptionist answered that no room service available then further questions raised by us as it’s showing as 3-star hotel in google and why so? Reception answered quite rudely saying NO. Further argument has happened and they’ve denied to accommodate us in the midnight and called security. Upton calling the night manager, a senior manger who came down stairs he tried to abuse and violent with a physical rude behavior calling as Po Raaaa and called a security for no baseless reasons. Please and please think twice to book this hotel as especially its not a safe zone and it’s not a 3-star hotel… thank you!!

Room was good,bt service is v poor, geysers were nt working,they dont even bother to hire any professional electrician,some dumb guy just came n waste our time n just 🔌 out switch,took room for relaxing bt was just disturb by them

Well maintained rooms with decent service. Don't have restaurant but serve from nearby hotels. Staff are well mannered and good for family function

Poor Management, booked around 20 rooms for 3 days with family and friends. AC wasn’t functional in most of the rooms which was informed to the management however no action was taken regarding this. When asked to reduce price during final payment as the AC wasn’t working they started abusing everyone.

The rooms were too costly. Not recommended for family stay because it has a bar and restaurant. AC didn't work properly Rooms not maintained properly.

Ambience, atmosphere is good. Food is good and hygienic. Quite expensive. No crowd at all

what to do with hotel quality, if the hotel staff has not even sense to talk with client, booked room directly from them, client is already in the hotel and the staff is asking for payment at 11 pm night, asked him will paid by morning , then using rough language for payment. zero star ,

We stayed here for a night during our long road trip from Assam to Karnataka. Hotel was fine for the night halt although cleanliness could have been better. Room had a flat TV. They have good parking space, essential for people doing road trip. There was some waterlogging in one of the gates and some cranes are also there making the approach narrow. Better to use the gate from the main road.

Don't go for Bar and Restaurant they will give you Rasam as complementary but charges equals to DR Uttham Beware friends

The hotel is located nearer to high way. We stay at night , rooms are ok . Morning break fast is not available, opposite to hotel their is a restaurant, the dood ia very tasty. Coming to hotel it has bar and restaurant, staff is in good manner we camera here at night 1o clock that time also they answer and alot room for us . Parking is very spacious .

The DSR hotel is a very good and spacious hotel in Nellore. It was located at ayyappa temple and nearby petrol pump. The Rooms are very spacious and have a classic look. Prices Are also very reasonable and there are nominal charges. This hotel has a bar and restaurant also. Nice to enjoy it here...

No proper maintenance . Poor housekeeping. No hot water getting in bathroom. The service is too poor. No restaurant or they they are not getting hygienic food from restaurant too.

Worst house keeping. Bathroom full of insects. Restuarant not functional, so no room service, breakfast etc, don't pay for breakfast if paying thru online booking. Very bad odour in rooms. Refrigerator was not working in rooms and it was filled with dirt. +ve: Spacious car parking.

A place only for stay. No restaurent, rooms are not cleaned properly . There was blood stain in the bedsheet. People who are travelling can consider for night stay.

Nice and comfortable place with geyser facility in the bath room. Within the city with car parking facility. Restaurant closed because of Covid. Good place for family. Reasonable price. Staff are courteous.

Just an average hotel. Poor amenities and ambience. Food in the attached restaurant is okayish. Carry mosquito repellent if you choose to stay here.

Neat & Clean and Good staff. But no tissue papers in washrooms. As a feedback to DSR Paradise, they should ask for house keeping to clean the room & washrooms atleast once in a day.

Who are travelling and want a night stay in Nellore then it's definitely a hotel which can be bank on. near to the highway.

Since the quality here was really appreciable but the back end kitchen team and management was too poor to maintain such a great crowd. Speed of service was not at all maintained. The cashier is escaping from taking orders and hiding in the kitchen. The bill counter was empty when I checked whether the ordered food was ready or not.

Price was bit high. Rooms were comfortable and good. Found lizards and it's dropping here and there inside the room. Staffs were polite and kind enough.

Good place to stay at comfortable price. I should tell u about staff they're very responsible and friendly.
