Went
with
my
family
and
Kid
yesterday,
Booked
two
rooms
to
attend
Nellore
Festival.
At
the
reception,
They
said,
we
will
not
accept
OYO
customers
here
as
OYO
is
not
paying
them
properly.
What
ever
the
transaction
they
have
with
OYO,
When
a
customer
books
a
Room
and
comes
with
the
valid
ID
they
need
to
provide
a
Room
as
Family
would
require
immediate
wash
room,
etc.
This
is
some
thing
called
โBreach
of
Trustโ.
Complained
about
the
same
to
OYO
and
OYO
team
has
provided
me
the
accomodation
in
different
hotel
at
the
city
outskirts
where
I
had
to
travel
5-7
kms
for
food,
festival,
etc
which
is
not
that
comfortable
with
family.
I
reserved
these
Rooms
before
15
days
where
the
tariffs
were
Low
May
be..
But,
when
booking
was
done,
They
are
supposed
to
allocate
the
Room
at
what
ever
cost
they
paid
online.
Itโs
a
very
bad
Experience
for
me
with
Vintage
Inn
day
before
yesterday.
Reception
Employee
told..
โSorry
Sir
we
will
not
be
providing
the
Room,
you
can
talk
to
OYOโ..
What
is
the
advantage
of
having
an
OYO
app
in
my
Mobile?
What
is
the
advantage
of
OYO
Branding
made
for
the
Hotel,
If
Customer
is
not
allocated
Rooms
as
per
his
planning???
