The overall experience was bad from the time we entered the hotel. We had informed of an early morning check in and at the time of reaching the hotel staff was fast asleep. in fact we could not see anyone at the desk also as the door was closed from inside. The room was not ready, it was full of mosquitoes, there was no water in the room there were no Linen. The plug points in the room were also not functional except for one.The person at the front desk was totally ignorant. This guest inn does not have a bread and breakfast plan as promised as part of the package. I stayed in room number 204 which was actually a suite, paid 3000Rs., yet the experience was absolutely terrible. There were no lights in the floor also when I was searching for my room. The whole idea of writing an elaborate description is just to guide or warn potential guests of the condition of the hotel. My suggestion to the management of the hotel is for them to wake up and set things in order otherwise guest experience will go for a toss.

We booked studio room which is clean and neat however washroom requires maintenance.. just 1 km from NH 16 and ample car parking available.. there are few decent restaurants available in the surroundings..

Rooms are good but the bathroom maintained very worst condition, if your need is very urgent and don't want to go to into city then it's ok to you, it is near to highway that is the only advantage, there is no inside restaurant also.

Service boys are so arrogant and very rude. Room wise no issues but the problem is only with room service boys. Owner - kindly take care of this.

I was very dissatisfied with my stay at this hotel in Nellore. The hygiene standards were poor, the maintenance was inadequate, and the AC was malfunctioning. I regret spending even one day there and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Good place for staying and nearer to the Chennai highway.

It's a good hotel to stay in Nellore. The staff is very polite. It's near the highway. I will suggest it to all.

Good and neat condition.. room found in near and hygienic condition.. AC and TV well working. Located in childrens park area. Wifi also available.. I am very happy...

Rooms are about narrow, but ok for the price

Thr suite room was dusty and the bed sheets have holes. The attenders were reluctant to carry the luggage. No room cleaning. The facility is actually very close to highway and with good staff it is very good stay option for long distance travellers for a night stay. Hope the management takes corrective steps.

The rooms are spacious, however not maintained properly. The sheets have holes in them and the walls have age old stains. The room service is average as they help you out but you can make out that they are least interested in helping you out. Requested for English channels and got varying responses with the weirder one being that our MD has hand picked these channels and there's nothing we can do. All the channels present are the very basic ones.

Blankets are not washed , bathrooms are not clean. We had to check out soon even though we had booking for overnight.

We have booked the party hall for a family get together. The wall behind the stage was pretty bad, with patches on the walls and not painted properly. They have not even offered to cover the wall and when we tried to stick some balloons to the wall, they came saying the wall paint will be spoiled. Later, when the arrangements were being made for lunch, the same person came and objected to keep the water in the party hall, stating it is not allowe which we found very illogical. We had to assure him nothing would happen. Later when clearing the bill, they have started asking more for cleaning charges, which was already stated at the time of booking all the charges are included. The attitude of the person in-charge there is not good at all and he seemed like demanding and threatening us at the time. Finally when we had to call the management about it, his response was like as if he has done a great favor for us for not charging the extra made up charges. The location is good, the facilities are good. But, nothing is good without good management. Would definitely not recommend this place ever.

Good Location, well maintained. Service can be better. No food, but Swiggy and Zomato does the job.
