Ac's not working properly service is too worst somewhere rooms is good but due to bad service we can't feel that we stay in good hotel

The worst..! Was accommodated by others for a function here. Such a trash this place is. No cleanliness, no hygiene, no maintenance. Lift was horrible. Rooms and washrooms were dirty. I've never stayed in such a dirty place before. Service was poor and everything about this place makes me to give it a zero.

Very foolish way of cleaning daily the occupied rooms unwantedly and knocking the doors is done like a stupid.,.. the owner of the hotel needs to make note..

Room is ok but lift problem. Good service. I lost my titian watch.i thing room cleaner two women.so talent woman.

We were not given a room here Some boys were there they said they had just vacated and so rooms should be available.but the staff refused.maybe because it was late and they were too lazy to work on guests

Ramaa Royal consists of an A/C function hall to accommodate 1200 capacity with full pledged A/C dining hall and a mini conference hall along with well furnished,decent rooms. It will be preferred to avoid traffic. Very convenient place for southern part of the town.

Very very unhygenic hotel. The staff appears and behaves like mercenaries. Stayed with family at the hotel, the bedsheets very soiled and full of stains. When asked to change, the staff stated that the store is closed and they cannot do anything. We paid 1500 cash as they only insisted on cash and when demanded bill they refused to provide one. We felt quite scared, think twice before going for this place.
