Received refund now almost after two months. Waiting for refund for more than a month... worst experience ever! Lay out amenities seems good. However sales teams main motto is just to get the booking amount paid. Not provided all required information. Plot identification event was worst managed. They called 700+ plot bookers on the same day that too during Corona times. There is no transparency on layout design that's maintained as if it a military confidential. We canceled the booking due to bad experience met on plot identification process, crowd and mis managent from the dlf team.

This corporate people is very unprofessional and creating crowd by fake. Don’t waste your hard earning money by believing this fake people. Sale guy will nicely speak till the time of booking. If you want waste your money buy dlf parc estate

DLF Staff were very polite and respectful but they we're crooks they told all lies that the power line is under ground but now they are laying electric rope ways around the project. I bought it for my daughter.nevery expected these are unhonest people

Looks like a scam. My experience has been in-line with what many others experienced. Sales folks pulling tricks by saying the shortlisted plots just getting booked by someone else or very less plots being available. Also Google maps show almost no progress. And also the fact that people have to wait 18 months for land to be handed over is.. BS. Glad to have missed this.

Don’t try to book now. We have to spend one day to get manual token. Only after that they will allow us to see the plot layout. We have to pay 1 lakh to stand on this crowd .

DLF as a brand once again failed to meet the promise to Chennai customers, as per commitment they suppose to handover by December 2023 along with amenities and infrastructure. As of now only 50% of work got over, doubt it will provide good quality delivery and commited facility mentioned during booking.

DLF getting payment as per schedule but progress is not as per schedule.As per schedule DEC 2023 the plot should be registered but still only 50 percent work done. Lost the trust in brand name. Buyers should not give further amount if there is any pending payment. People should be careful next time before buying properties from DLF.

Such a large gated community. They have to plan club house with all indoor Amenities (like gym,tt,badminton etc)which is very important nowadays.they are telling that it will be done down the line but not officially announced. otherwise best project in city.
