Front desk response is excellent and staff are very polite. There is no delay in response. Treatment was fast and also painless. Sterilization and hygiene maintenance is excellent. All the doubts regarding the treatment are addressed with patience. Treatment is affordable. Brushing technique and aftercare is thoroughly explained. I would recommend it very much.

Very bad experience. Treatment strategy conveyed and immediately after local anesthesia asked us to pay money and we paid certain amount. After 45 min doctor called and he opened one of the caps and asked us to come after 2 days.then after 2days we received phone call saying that doctor is not well and will be intimated. Then even after one week they haven't turned up. We went to clinic and after local anaesthesia again asked us to pay ,we refused and walked away. No responsibility. Lot of negligence.

A molar had developed a crack and the gum surrounding it was swollen..I was told that barring extraction, there is no alternative treatment available and that it must be extracted. That was a very honest feedback and less expensive. The fact that they would not make patient spend more was clearly evident. Even the extraction was done in less than a minute. All my apprehensions about consulting dentist (I had studied in English about the excruciating pain one would experience) were blown away. I was told the dos and the donts; also received a follow up call in the morning as to how I was doing and whether I was taking medication on time as advised. In Nellore, this would be the best place to get dental problems addressed. I found many Sensora toothpastes in the hospital and when asked, I was told that they manufacture the product. They have a legacy in dentistry which continues and flourishes with time.
