Poor response received from staff in vcare’s nellore branch. Not punctual. I took prior appointment but still they kept me waited for more than one and half hour and even in between the session they took long breaks more than the time they mentioned . Then I wrote a review on google and in between the session they came and asked me to remove it and they offered me a maintenance session and said that they’ll inform me about date & time for the session. It’s been almost 2months and I never received any call from them. I had to give 1 star to write the review about my experience and I’ll never suggest anyone to get services at vcare’s nellore branch.

Hi this is Venkat, I am giving my review after two sittings (2d sitting happened 1 week before only). I went to VCare nellore branch( Praba's VCare Health Clinic) to improve my skin tone with empty knowledge and there Dr.Susmitha suggested Ultra Whitening Treatment and she explained clearly what they are going to do while UWT, and the main thing i can say happily like i saw improvement in my skin tone from first sitting onwards.... and while treatment they are providing friendly environment. Hi, I'm sudharshan taking treatment (biocel) for hair at v care under the guidance of doctors.... I can see good improvement after my second session. Therapist Saheer has done a great job... Staff r very warm n welcoming...

Waste of money I lost above 50000.... They said in 6 or 7 sittings I will get my hair back.... But now they are saying another 3 more sitting have to take. And have to pay extra money for that, but there is no result.
