Today I have purchased a Diamond pendant & a black beads chain from Malabar - Nellore. For the pendant I've given a design download from online. & I asked for D-E-F quality product. Initially the estimation went beyond my budget & I got disappointed since I like to wear it. But the branch head Sahil helped me to get the pendant customization within my budget without any change in Diamond grade & colour😅. & Today when I saw the product it is 100 times beautiful ♥ than the sample pic I've shown. I'm super happy with the product. I'm very thankful to sahil, who helped me to get my favourite design within my budget with a very good quality, finishing , also to Rehaman from sales team for a homely hospitality which made me comfortable to discuss every particular of the jewelry I wish to buy & also for his continuous efforts till I received the product today. From my experience I can say that, the way Malabar team working to keep every customer happy & satisfied by giving budget friendly, Good quality products, won't let us step out to other showrooms for further purchases.

In Nellore it's a one of the worst shop they charging wastage 17.4% on small ring with minimal design and they mentioned as wastage starts from 4.5%. it's really I got a bad impression. I prefer to go tanish next time onwards.

My favorite Jewellery Showroom at Nellore with excellent Welcoming gesture. Located just on the bank of Sarveypalli Canal on the Mini Bye pass road. Mr Raju is a good staff, who always presents jewellery items to customers with a smile on his face always. Prices seems a bit higher but models are good.

Poor customer service. Was good earlier but has changed now. Sales guys seems to be un interested even at 8pm and they are least bothered about competitive offers in the market. Pls remember that if there are 100 customers for you, There are also 100 shops for the customer
