I'm from the sales team and I travel to a lot of hotels in a monthly basis. Don't trust the other reviews which you see here. Many are bot generated. It will be a nightmare if you stay in the hotel because of the staff and the others there. When I paid my bill during checkout, the amount was not processed through UPI. So, I paid in cash. Later the amount got processed and I ended up paying twice the bill. I have shared the proofs with the hotel and they have not agreed to repay the money even after 7 days. They are not even picking up my calls. PATHETIC EXPERIENCE! INCOMPETENT STAFF!!

Good amenities and food. But there is no lift access to car parking area which is a big minus and also no wheelchair access to this place. People who are try to visit on wheelchair isn't comfortable and not worthy. You get best in class food and service tho

I would rate it average or below average.The room is large and that's it.There is nothing more to say about it.There wil be a sofa and a king size bed. No service quality at all.We were given 1001 and there were no proper mosquito oil machine. The ones in the room is loose and unfit for the sockets.For 3 guests they will give you one towel only. Only 1 ltr water bottle No provision of RO water to drink also. Smelly room. Broken water heater jug. No supply of tea / coffee sachets. Takes hours of time to respond. For the name sake only they have TV with internet so called smart TV but it doesn't run. Price is high. Breakfast is complementary. However would not recommend.

Good hotel and has a lot of seminar rooms to conduct seminars and webinars. Finding this hotel makes you a little tough but you will find this hotel. There is no absolute doubt about it. Actually, I went to a seminar in this hotel and I don't have any regrets about this. I also heard that the food and ambience is also great. Anyways, good hotel and you can try.

Lavishly spacious rooms, very good service by staff, parking for not more than 3 cars, tasty food, decently priced overall.

All though I had to change rooms thrice, the last room was neat and tidy, spacious.

Food was good. Room service is good. From AC Vent dry water was coming in which was making the room wet. Rest all was ok.

Stayed here for 1 night during my visit to nellore. Taken a suit room. Furniture is old & not in good condition. Hot water facility is not there. Looks like hotel is under renovation. Food & service is good. That's the positive news. Once renovation is completed, may be we can expect good rooms with amenities.

I stayed almost 10days in this hotel .Worst hotel I never seen in my life, rooms are too bad, room service and house keeping was good, complementary breakfast was good.Reception people are very ridiculous behaviour. No FAN also ,More over no peace is here, very noise. Early morning works was starting and that drilling sound was veri irritating 😡😡. Please avoid this hotel,look for better one. Complementary

Rooms were good , but there was smoking 🚬 & alcohol were happening in the room , this type of activities should be watch out by the receptist or Room service, they were not worried about and how can a family can stay near that rooms . The room is not satisfied for the amount what we paid .

A new pearl in hospitality?!really? There is not even one to take order none cares the customers I hate it 1star is more for that I called them twice for order they responded and they never came to us we waited for more than 30 min. I recommend u not to go there . Service was terrible

Clean hotel, decent linen, clean bathrooms, felt it's a little inside the city, since we tried reaching it from highway.. Food was good too, the restaurant staff are very friendly and polite. Great buffet breakfast spread.. In the end, felt like it was worth the money and time.. would definitely prefer to stay here again if in Nellore..

I stayed with my 90 year old father for 4 days in this hotel and the staff were very helpful and courteous. Though the tariff is a bit costly (the difference is quite something if you can't book it on the net) and sometimes the room service (tea /coffee) was rather late. Meal time food was good and complimentary breakfast (buffet) was also tasty but buffet arrangement is not very good. Staff had arranged a chair in the bathroom so that my father could sit and bathe. There were a few steps at the entrance of the hotel without any railing support but the staff were readily available to help. One odd thing i noticed about the rooms - there are no fans (all rooms are a/c, i guess). Though it is not a big deal, some people may find it inconvenient without a fan after taking bath even in an air-conditioned room.

Location wise good bang opposite/ near bus stand, service wise felt good, did meeting at conference hall, rooms are decent the one which we booked, had been on business trip

Minimum A.C ... No Fan... Lot of mosquitoes... Room service is too good and very fast Food is good Ac is available but cooling not available Visit in winter only because you won't find fan in rooms. Still want to visit in summer? It's your sweat choice and All the best

It's located beside bus stand. I recently stayed with family for 3 days in king size room. All facilities are there but, - All became old - Hot water won't be there in the afternoon. They said nobody will take bath at that time. And have me water heater. A bit more maintenance can make it a proper 3 star hotel.
