1. This hotel is on the NH 16 with a petrol pump and car care center near by. Police station and hospital is also not so far. So location wise very good. 2. Room size also good but water taps do not work properly. 3. No in-house restaurant, need to order food from swiggy or zamato. 4. Staff are good. Overall good for one night stay.

It's very worst hotel to stay in Nellore. In this hotel, manager doesn't know how to speak with customers and he is very bad person. He should speak politely with people. I will not suggest this hotel until this manager change or he should change his behaviour. Management has to take proper action on that guy.

Although they said Oyo tie up is no more in existence, i took the chance of staying only to realise it was bad decision. Not worth for the money we pay No parking space, stinking bathroom, no wifi....and so on No restaurant nearby. Only +point is it's situated on the highway

Worsted service worst rooms no hot water no tv

Very small room with unclean bedsheets, full of musqitos, disturbing fan sound whole night, no water for hand wash & non functional flushtank with all these discomfort tariff is high light 1200 INR for single Night.

We stayed here for a night and the rooms are very good. Spacious and the staff is fantastic and so kind. We took our pets with us and they were too happy and accepting. For all pet travellers please do stop here as your pet will be really comfortable. Breakfast is complimentary. Thank you to everyone at Surupa Guest Inn for making our stay so memorable. 😊

Calm and Peaceful place at a very strategic location. Right behind the Petrol Pump on the highway, this hotel is a very good option for one night halt with friends/family. 40 kms aways from this hotel is the Mypadu beach and this is the best hotel in that area if you wish to halt one night and visit the clean and serene beach the next morning.. :) Provides complementary breakfast too of you book using OYO app .

Manager behaviour is too worst. staff also supporting to manager coustomer is not important for they.why owner countinued these kind of persons as a manager. please try to take as a friendly manager

Worst Maintenance, Manager and management also worst .don't book Surya guest inn. They don't know give respect to customers. They have no capable ,eligible to maintain Room/Lodges.

Nice hotel because of room is so clean and bathroom also clean and in that parking is available and besides petrol pump also Just just mosquitoes they're in room and they not do anything but value of money

Dont stay in this hotel, the room is pathetic and bathrooms are disgusting.I was on a road trip from Delhi it was 2 am this was the only place i could see on the highway so i booked it but when i saw the room i was shocked it was dirty , bathroom was broken , i was exhausted but still left the hotel in 2 mins .Money was not refunded , went to another hotel.

Rooms are shabby, full of mosquitos... OYO has disassociate themselves from this hotel 3 years ago, but they still carry the OYO board, which we felt being cheated, but we were tired, so we had no choice but to spend a restless costly night...

Very bad experience, room is not good, not cleaned, lot of mosquitos in AC room, Beds, Pillows and Blankets are very bad and both room toilet plush is not working.

No proper entrance to get inside. You need to walk through petrol station. Can not take family. No proper car parking.

The booking facility with Agoda shows the least price but it will turn out to be the costliest because of hidden charges and dollar charges. They show various options like 2 bed or 1 double bed but practically what you get is a double bed. The rooms that you get through Agoda are smallest even while paying at least ₹300 more. Thus, after booking a room showed by Agoda ₹800, my credit card was charged ₹1,200+. Also, they don't send OTP since the payment gateway charges in dollars and located outside India. TV is there but doesn't show any normal channel. The lat is dirty and yellowish marks were present. No one changed the bedsheet. Breakfast wasn't included and was charged extra. The food wasn't very good and didn't include tea or coffee. The attitude of the staff was not very hospitable. However, I would highly recommend the positioning and the excellent petrol pump attached.

Superb Staff. Management team was very welcoming and addressed issues very promptly. Rooms were awesome! Highly recommended place to rely on if you're visiting nellore. Its a bit far off from the town centre, but it keeps the area peaceful and ideal for relaxation. Good job!!!!

I stayed here for one night during my journey from chennai to vijayawada. The best part of the OYO hotel is that it is directly connected to the Highway. It is connected to the petrol pump. I reached this place at around 1am, even at that time the staff received us with good hospitality. The interior is good. But there are lot of mosquitoes in the rooms. The room in which I stayed (room no 229) didn't have light in the bathroom. The taps in the bathroom were gone rust. The bedsheets and towels provided were very old and as I said there were many mosquitoes, I could see that the people who stayed in this room before me might have killed some mosquitoes on bedsheets and pillows. I could see the blood stains. It has good parking space.
