I
have
come
across
so
many
courier
partners,
but
today
my
experience
towards
the
negligence
and
irrespective
behaviour
of
the
delivery
guy
who
was
supposed
to
deliver
the
product
which
mentioned
on
it
as
a
most
urgent.
He
called
me
and
told
that,
he
will
come
at
evening
6pm
and
after
6
I
called
him
because
I
didn't
get
any
call.
He
pic
the
call
and
told
that
he
forgot
my
delivery
which
is
insane
that
a
delivery
guy
forgot
to
deliver
the
product
to
a
customer.
And
I
asked
him
to
come
back
but
he
told
that
he
will
come
on
day
after
tomorrow,
that
too
in
a
irrespective
manner.
He
was
around
6km
perimeter
only.
Since
it's
an
emergency
for
me,
I
went
to
the
place
where
he
was
at
that
time
and
got
the
packet.
If
you
are
maintaining
these
kind
of
staff,
I'm
sure
that
you
have
to
face
these
unsatisfactory
complaints
from
the
customers.
If
you
didn't
take
any
action
then
I
will
request
my
seller
to
choose
another
courier
partner.
It's
not
about
the
time
and
money,
the
way
of
response
and
behaviour
will
be
sufficient
to
satisfy
the
customer
most.
Teach
them
how
to
behave
with
customers
which
will
be
most
valuable
thing
for
your
business.
