Went for physical sim instead of E-sim. Very worst receiving and rude behaviour by the staff at the front. Tried for biometry verification only once and said not working. Even before trying, asked to come next day for service. Surviving as it is located in a rush place.

Yesterday I visited store for sim replace but employee was very helpful & suggested me to buy vivo y56..Very Good Service..keep it up.

Today i visited store for sim replacement & Staff convinced me for buying samsung A14 5G Smartphone.. I was very happy because Employee was very friendly.. & I suggest to Every Customer to visit store.

They are very rude and looting customers money with false information. They charged Rs100 for a new sim which is free and Rs175 for replacement of existing sim which costs Rs.25. Such acts tarnish Jio's credibility.

On 02-07-2022 visited this Store for duplicate Sim. They charged Rs.175/- for duplicate Sim. Later I received a message from Jio Net work stating that, Duplicate Sim Charge/Cost is Rs.25/-only. Thus it shows how they cheated me. Moreover their services are not cordial.

Really it's small and smart jio store.

Jio store in the locality..can get your work done within an hour..

Today Visited Nellore jio store for sim replacement. Staff Refered me A best smart phone & They explained me the specifications.well Educated staff. Iam very happy to buying A Best smartphone in SBI emi offer with best Discount..thank you Nellore jio team

I am using jio netwokr from last 3 years, when my sim block went to jio digital my jio store in nellore where beside jai hind sweet shop, trunk road, nellore. He charge me 200 rs for sim. And given reconnect mobile stand which is not use ful to me. He said that composuly to purchase that reconnect then only he will provide that sim. I have my urges so purchased that stand then give new sim card. When I called call center, there are saying that to sim charges for sim block. So please do not encourage money for sim in jio digital store. Further i am not foing use jio sim for bad service.
