Sales executives are very worst. They are treating customer based on cash and financial support. If you go for financial assistance help, they will work as priority. If you go for full cash payment. They won't respond properly. Facing 2 hours of delay in delivery after paying full cash. Mechanics are good about vehicle knowledge and clearly explaining about vehicle specs. Not at all recommending for purchase.

Everytime these guys will disappoint me... Same negligence response.. no in time completion.. everytime asking for additional money to do additional work at outside the service centre... Sometimes I feel Yamaha selected this as authorised service center..

Worst response from spare parts section.. no proper guidelines. Selling spare boart with high rates as compared to outside. Debit cards and cards not accepting. If they accept but they will charge 2%on debit card, 2.5% on credit cards.

I bought a bike here and the mechanics who does the service are very good and the sales person and managers are very rude in behaviour they would treat you good before paying the payment and once the payment is done and ask for the delivery they are very rude in answering. It took around 8 hrs to get my vehicle delivered after the payment.

Had good response from employes and bike is nice , I will suggested fz bikes who are willing to buy motor cycle.

I went there for my cousin's bike servicing. He's got Yamaha R15 version 3.0 they got fast servising we gave the bike in the morning at around 8:30 and we got it by afternoon 12:30. Although in the morning while giving the bike for servicing there were a lot of customers, so we have waited in a que with 7 to 8 people. It took 30 min in waiting to get our turn. Although the servising is good, but as each service goes by the bike's performance is being reduced slowly. I don't know exactly is it the servicing or the companies bike itself are like that. Overall if u want a quick servicing you can go there for us they charged 800 change something for normal servicing that too the bike is new (with in a year).
