Staff behavior too bad.they are busy with there talk. Even if you wait and calling they are not ready to talk. I never see like this behavior in any gold shop.

Very bad policies they have a policy like customers those who are buying jumkhas should not sit on chair and chair won't be provided even customer holding baby. Such a rude cash counter people and also manipulating schemes not even good variety of gold designs, we got headache after coming out of the shop. Try to avoid khazana rather go to other jwellers. Instead of replying as to contact you try to change your policies and reply the same

This is located in the prime location and they have couple of interesting gold schemes and if you're looking for some money saving I would suggest to go with it and try to take some schemes.

Not at all good..if v ask for discount in making and wastages they will come as if they do so but will reduce 50 RS 100 rs...as everyone know it's a business u ppl can attract and gain customers rather than gaining small amount from single customer.i went three times every gold shop is busy except kazhana because v are not satisfied with designs and making charges..I heard from lots of ppl that kazhana is not a choice.hopefully staff changes their attitude atleast now to improve ur business and save customer time too

Went to buy a baby chain..but not enough collection and even the staff are not well knowledgeable and trained to show the models to the customers

I got my Kids dorst jwellery here and they have decent collection of jwellery. Silver collection is poor here and Less trendy gold collection. The staff are extremely friendly. They have a gold saving offer which i feel is worthy

Khazaana paying monthly scemes after expiry if we taken product above our savings they charged more than regular customers… Unfortunately they are try to cheat consumers and confusing in making and gst charges… They trapped to consumers and their not conducting business they looted… plse verify before going to Bazaana nellore

Will have to think about parking before you shop here. Gold ornaments wise they have a very good collection. Cowd is a bit more on weekends. We should strictly follow covid protocols while shopping
