We visited Dr Raguram for my baby's helath checkup Here is my review points 1.Hospital maintenance is not good. 2.Staff is not professional. 3. They are charging 350 for consultation. 4.No satisfaction with consultation. 5.consulation is for writing medicines which we already known. 6.instead of going to this hospital for health checkup.just go to the medical shop and take medicines.This is the only step happening in this hospital.

Worst Managed Hospital of Nellore No Ventilation, No A/c, Unhygienic Hospital You Cannot book an appointment prior to your visit, you have to visit personally and book an appointment, then they will give you a slot, then you have to visit again. This is very funny, you have to visit twice, staff don't know how to communicate with the patients, they are always busy chatting among themselves, and too busy to even look at us and talk, overall its useless to rate this hospital...

Very bad experience with staff

Doctor is quite experience.They moved to the new building the older one was quite opposite to the current one, got medical shop and also the diagnostics in the hospital premises. Huge crowd on any working day. The front desk staff is not that helpfull, during the visit they were accepting only cash payment and some upis but no cards at all.It is on the first floor and you will come irritating sound so in the ground floor.

We visited Dr Raghu ram , as my kid is having vomtings and abdominal pain (only while pressing his stomach) doctor told this is due to gas , so we admitted and given treatment related to the gas problem for 3 days , daily 3 junior doctors coming pressing his stomach he is telling he is having pain but none of them prescribe to take ultrasound scan and we discharged after that , after going still he is not doing good he is having very high temperature again we visited hospital, then he prescribed for ultrasound scan from that scan finally we came to know that it is not any gas problem it is APPENDICITIS, because of there negligence it got raptured inside the stomach which is very serious condition, then he recommended another surgery doctor in Nellore his name is Sai Suresh OMG this doctor instead of guiding what to do next treatment process he made us scared by his words, so we finally went to kanchi Kama koti trust hospital which is in Chennai a very good hospital I strongly recommend this hospital , my kid is doing well now, please don’t visit this hospital in Nellore , and the sisters ( staff) they are always busy in talking mobiles rather than checking patient needs, this is my personal experience .

I did not visit the hospital but when i call hospital to enquire about the doctor, the receptionist who picks the call doesn’t speak properly. She is very rash as if we are working under her. Its just a enquiry call but still she is not willing to answer for one question

Improper staff behaviour. No proper response from staff and demands money during discharge for just doing their work and I haven't seen anyone helping patients in any other works other than room and common place cleaning.

Pathetic in cleanliness and unhygiene. spitton walls and a scary atmosphere. There are too many affordable unhygienic locals responsible for the hospital mess-up. Staircase pathway is decaroated with spitton (sic). don't understand how doctors accept this and continue treating parents.. govt hospital is far better in cleanliness than this place.

Good hospital for children, receptionist are polite and helpful, doctors check throughly and asks a lots of question regarding issues. Only the registration fees is bit expensive. There is no fees if visit again within 9 days of first visit. But after that again you have to pay the charges. It would have been better if Registration fees should valid for 1 month atleast.

Worst management, untidy, reception like a mess of people with rude nature. Doctos better look in to it.

Good treatment

Hi Sir, We got appointment at 1 PM and so much delay to visit Doctor. Staff don’t have any sense. They don’t know how to treat customers, also staff asking us to leave shoe outside of the hospital but staff can wear slippers inside the lobby( that’s funny part). So far my experience worst hospital .

Worst staff behavior, and also doctor wants to have patients wait for 4 hours minimum, so that clinic looks busy and rush.

I have very bad experience with hospital. Doctor suggested to admit my son in hospital for fever and cough. He suggested to do many test related to fever and noting for cough. After multiple tests, he catched nothing. My son got EPILEPSY, while we are in hospital. We discharged from hospital after 4.5 days. I felt he is not suggested right tests. Looks like Nurses are not trained, they don't know how to treat the kids and they don't have humanity as well. Rooms are not maintained as well. Good thing: Doctor shared with me that he has cancelled his trip when my son suffered with EPILEPSY. This is only good thing I felt in hospital. Note: Looks like kids rainbow and Dr. Raghuram hospitals are different (not very sure) . It is also confusing. After we discharged from hospital, he suffered with breathing issue. We joined in another hospital, Doctor scolled like anything and provided proper treatment for cough and cold. Here my son admitted 3days, got recovered. Now he is doing good.

Dr Raghu ram sir is senior specialist for children , Newly established building, new infrastructure, i knew about Raghu ram sir from past Ten years from Rainbow children hospital,

Horrible management in new hospital, except Dr.Raghuram all are useless, less chairs to sit, no fans, if emergency pls come, for small issues pls find another doctor, unorganized hospital.

NICU Staff are so caring for my child and they are more affectionate to my baby. Thank you so much.

Facilities are not good in this hospital, had a bad experience with their treatment.

Worst experience by dr Raghu ram garu, daya chesi evaru ee hospital lo mee pillalni admit cheyakandi. Maa baby ni admit chesi chala ibbandi paddamu. Mukyam ga baby ki high fevet leda pneumonia, serous conditions vunna vallu assalu vellakandi. Mee valuable time and money wasted.
