My wife (40yrs)and me got scared when we were told by a gynecologist that my wife needs immediate surgery, if not she may die of cancer in future.We were depressed and afraid.My colleague told me about this hospital.After coming here, the 3 gynecologists examined my wife. Investigated her thoroughly.Explained us everything about the situation and told us that she does not need surgery and started medical treatment.Gave us reassurance which relieved our mental tension.Today we came for the follow up after 1 year. My wife is doing well. We thank the doctors for avoiding surgery to my wife.

I would like to share my experience with RSR sarada meternity hospital. DR. Supraja is a great doctor we met, she is excellent in taking care of her patients. we are blessed with baby boy on Feb 26th 2022. Actually we are living in kadapa and my sister had two miscarriages, during corona we consulted Dr.supraja. she taken care of her very well in all consultations. friendly consultation we faced first time which we didn't face in our previous.very good treatment. Dr. supraja is Excellent Gynecologist and hospital staff treated us very well, had very good experience. I generally don't spend much time in writing reviews. But decided to write this one so it could help someone. Dr. Nirupama & RSR Hospital: They fool & lie with "AFI" and force the To-be-Mom's to go with C-section. We came here from Bangalore in 5th Month of our Pregnancy. Since then every visit to Hospital was a pathetic experience. Dr. Nirupama speaks sweetly & we fallen to the trap that even if the Hospital is not that great in terms of Facilities, Hygiene, support, etc... at least we got a good doctor. But she revealed her true identity when we were at 35th week of our Pregnancy. On our 35th week, she said AFI less, given IV fluids & told us to come after 48 Hours. After 48 Hours when we visited she suggested to for AFI scan again to "Sireesha Scanning Centre (this is another bogus Scanning Centre)". They barely scanned for 2 minutes across all four quadrants of Uterus & said AFI is 4 (out of 12) and you need to admit. Dr. Nirupama said we need to do the C-section & deliver a Pre-Mature baby by this evening. She did not had confident answers to my queries such as facilities of incubators, number of NICUs in Nellore, what screenings will be done if the baby is pre-mature, etc... We told her that we would like to go for 2nd opinion for AFI scan since we weren't happy with the way they scanned at Sireesha Scanning Centre. Then she suggested to go for "Clarity Scans". Surprisingly with in an hour the AFI raised to 8 that too without taking any IV fluids, water, Coconut Water, ORS, etc... With 8 AFI, we went again to Nirupama. Here comes the foolish & most idiotic advice from her. She told everyday we need to visit Hospital, everyday we need to go for AFI Scan (how stupid is that... I mean she doesn't care about Baby's health with daily Ultrasound scan) when ever AFI us low we need to go for C-Section and there is no possibility for Normal Delivery. I decided, I AM DONE here with her now....!!!!! We checked with another doctor & confirmed that it's safe to Travel Bangalore with frequent Fluid intake. When we reached Bangalore We had to go through the AFI scan again since each reports had different values in Nellore. The doctor scanned the Four quadrants with patience for more than 7 minutes and the AFI was 11. The Doctor said there is no need to worry at all. The Baby & AFI are absolutely good. Have a weekly regular visist, keep taking more fluids & come to Hospital immediately if there is any discrepencies in Baby's movements. After 3 weeks we delivered a Healthy baby girl with out any compilcations. In short, The Doctors & Scanning Centre are in tie with each other. All they care is Money Money Money. Group of witless people sitting just to loot money from people without any morals & ethics.

I went to Dr. Supraja from RSR maternity hospital in my 7 th month. By end of 8 th month, she said that I might give birth to premature baby by 32 weeks. She then prescribed a scan from sirisha scan center. Dr. Sirisha gave a report which showed that my amniotic fluid is less. From here onwards everyday Dr. Supraja gave me IV fluids the entire day. Every day for 2 weeks, I got my scan done then iv fluids. One day, they told that my fluid went down to 6, and they told if it drops they have to do an emergency c section at 33 weeks. Luckily my husband convinced me to get a second opinion so we went to get another scan on our own. Fluid was normal at 10. At 9 30 in morning Dr. sirisha told that fluid is at 6. At 11 30, when scanned at another center level is at 10, which is normal. There is no chance that fluid can increase 4 points with in 2 hours. They played a terrible game with us. She also prescribed blood thinners, unnecessary antibiotics and zero clot injections. Later I went to another doctor and I delivered a healthy child through normal delivery after full term. I had to apply maternity leave a month early due to these people. All our family faced mental torture for those 2 weeks. This is medical negligence and totally unprofessional. Please beware and stay away from this hospital.

I would like to share my experience with RSR hospital. DR. Nirupama is great doctor we met, she is excellent in taking care of her patients. we are blessed with baby boy on Jan 25th 2021. Previously we live in Bangalore and my wife had three miscarriages, during corona we came to home town and consulted Dr. Nirupama. she taken care of her very well in all consultations. friendly consultation we faced first time which we didn't face in our previous. During delivery our baby has two loops and scanning doctor said to go for C-sec by choosing good day. we thought it will be C-sec and we were prepared for delivery and finally they took her to OT and doctor said we will try for normal first and if nothing works then only we will go for C-Sec. after 35 mins they came to Normal delivery room and she had normal delivery. Now a days I had seen and heard from many that even if chances are there for normal delivery, doctors suggest for C-sec. in our case we thought of C-sec and Doctor made it Normal. Dr. Nirupama is Excellent Gynecologist and hospital staff treated us very well, had very good experience. Would like to thank Dr. Supraja & Dr. Vijaya Lakshmi for great support during delivery.

Delivered a baby boy on 7th June'2020, it was my 35th week and we thought it would be csection but Dr.Nirupama and Dr.Vijayaljshmi are very experienced and they suggested they can try for normal delivery and they have done that Kudos to the doctor's they treats the patients with good care and they treat us as their family members they have lot of patience and they even give good moral support and makes us understand the situation and importance and supervisor Hema help the patiens by managing the nursing staff and getting the birth certificate and helps how to claim for insurance related things. Thanks to Doctor's and Hospital staff I will recommend to all my friends that RSR Saradha maternity hospital is the best in Nellore.

We had an excellent experience with RSR Sarada maternity hospital during our first pregnancy. The journey was special and we owe infinite thanks to our consultant Dr.Nirupama , without her it would have not been this easy. She was always responsive over WhatsApp in case of emergencies. She constantly followed up during and post delivery. With the help of the awesome doctor and nursing staff we faced no issues as new parents. She gave brief explanation about normal delivery and C section then after we blindly trusted her and went for normal delivery and she made it even though baby had one cord around rhe neck and one with the hand. Now a days normal delivery is very difficult because c section is very easy but our Doctor Nirupama gave us good support from very first day. Thankfully we had normal delivery and we are very greatfull to Doctor Nirupama. They also have other doctors for good assistance.The best part of her she never give unnecessary medicines ,tests and scans., I strongly recommend Doctor Nirupama and RSR hospital

Best Maternity hospital for Normal delivery cases too. Especially Dr. Nirupama is one of the best doctor I have met till date. Due to her postive ratings my husband found her one of top list in Nellore...we came from Tirupati to consult her last moment. Personally during my labour pains she treated me like a baby and supported like a mother. I definitely recommend this doctor and go blindly to consult without hesitation.

My experience has been awesome. The services have been very nice, everyone from the housekeeping to the nursing staff has been very kind and helpful. This is my second kid delivery here and I thought I should write a review this time. Be it the staff or the accounts or the doctors, everyone at Sarada are true professionals. As soon as we entered the hospital everything was pitch perfect. The doctors especially are very friendly and I always felt like a family here. They gave me and my wife lot of confidence and especially made my wife very comfortable. The doctor always recommends normal delivery and never tries to extract money out of the situation. My wife had her delivery on 9th Feb 2023 in RSR Sharada Maternity Hospital. Start from the pregnancy till delivery we were consulting Doctor Nirupama mam. One of the finest doctors in Nellore region. In every checkup she is very open and guides us to follow all necessary steps to get normal delivery(which is very rare these days)… My baby had cord around her neck. Even then Doctor Nirupama mama doesn’t leave any chance to deliver her normally without going into C-section. Must visit Hospital if you really want proper guidance and normal delivery…!

We approached Dr. Nirupama when my sister (Is a Dental Doctor) was told by another gynec doctor to go to Chennai as the baby will be at risk due to critical changes in mother's blood due to negative blood group. Dr. Nirupama ma'am listened to our problem with patience, performed tests, explained us the situation, cleared our doubts and said that she will do her best to save the baby. Frequent visits, repeated scans were taken whenever necessary at Clarity scans to know the baby status. Good moral support was given by the doctor throughout the pregnancy. Delivery pains was initiated and my sister was blessed with a boy baby. It was a normal delivery. Our family being in a dilemma about the baby's health during 5th month of pregnancy was managed well by the doctir till delivery and made our whole family happy. We are grateful to Dr. Nirupama ma'am 🙏, other doctors and staff for all the efforts they made to give a healthy baby to my sister.

Really really really amazing hospital.i went there in my last days of pregnancy in COVID time although the doctor treated me without any obligations which I faced in other hospital. And I had 2 normal delivery there which are came to critial in last minute of my labour but the doctor and the staff supported me a lot to do normal delivery only. All the people over there was very very kind and very friendly especially my doctor Niroopama mam she treated me as her daughter.i definitely recommend to thiS hospital. I think the best hospital In nellore.

Hello I had repeated abortions. My neighbourer told me about this doctor (Niroopama Madam), I came for infertility treatment and became pregnant here. I got thyroid and sugar also. Worst doctor my neighbour has met. Never ever consult with these doctor. Because of them she lost her early pregnancy by giving useless and powerful dosed medicine. Sick with these people 😡. She never had any problem. But for that doctor gave her an injection which was used to treat cancer psoriasis rheumatoids 🙄. Shame on these people. Why do they take doctor profession if they can’t treat their patients well. They don’t deserve being doctor by these fraudulent things 🤧
