MaxFit Gym (Previously Talwalkers) Based on my experience of working out every single day for the past 3 months, Firstly, I’d say the gym’s equipment is premium, most of the variations of Upper body & Lower body can be performed effectively. Facilities like Massage, Sauna, Shower, Numerous Lockers gives the gym a good feel to it. I’m enrolled in a personal training program.. with Trainer Ravi Teja.. Best training, Best Diet advice, Noticeable changes in body.. I can deadlift 190LBS++ within just 3 months of intense training. Highly suggest you to opt for his training. Strength 📈📈📈 Areas which needs improvement: ~The music playlist needs a huge change, it gets annoying listening to the same playlist every single day.😅 ~Maybe introduce new machines so that people wouldn’t have to wait until the other person’s set is finished. ~ *possibility* of maybe extending the Gym hall size. Because sometimes it feels a bit crowded with no place to walk during the rush hours
