I'm
informing

facing
difficulty
for
my
aapointment
I
am
drained
to
writing
this
I
got
call
for
the
session
on
April
14th
and
I
have
confirmed
appointment
on
23rd
April.
Suddenly
On
22nd
I
got
call
from
Clinic
they
said
assist
person
went
for
emergency
leave
so
they
can't
give
the
session.
I
don't
understand
because
of
one
assist
person
abscence
management
cancelling
the
Appointment?
I
have
informed
prior
about
my
visit
and
I
got
to
know
will
not
provide
the
service
because
of
one
assist
person
inaccessability???
In
this
big
beauty
brand
there
is
no
proper
commitment
and
solution.
At
present
I'm
living
in
Hyderabad.
I
have
to
travel
600
km
for
the
session.
I
have
planned
and
I
came
for
the
session
but
I
didn't
get
the
service.
Again
I
got
call
on
24th
April
for
the
session
and
I
confirmed
will
come
30th
for
session.
I
have
clearly
mentioned
I
am
travelling
only
for
the
session
and
I
have
to
return
back
to
Hyderabad
on
same
date
.
She
assured
that
this
time
will
not
miss
the
session.
On
29th
received
call
due
to
technical
issue
service
will
not
be
provided.
There
is
no
back
up
for
the
machinery.
Simply
saying
the
reasons.
I
have
planned
and
I
came
for
the
service
the
last
moment
they
are
cancelling
my
appointment.
I'm
not
getting
proper
response
from
the
management.
Manager
(Sanjjay)
called
he
told
machinery
will
reach
on
1st
May,
he
will
arrange
session
on
1st
May
On
30th
he
said
machinery
will
reach
on
1st
and
1st
again
he
said
will
reach
on
2nd
May
when
I
asked
on
2nd
May
he
said
2
more
days
I
have
to
wait.
Everyday
manager
(Sanjjay)
is
telling
some
reasons
because
of
all
these
I'm
suffering.

days
I
have
waited
for
one
session.
The
manager
also
don't
have
proper
information
giving
only
fallacy
commitments.
because
of
all
these
reasons
I
stayed
up
3
days
in
nellore
only
for
the
session.
Because
of
the
internal
gaps
I
am
facing
problem
to
get
the
service.
They
are
continuously
postponing
my
service
and
getting
only
fallacy
information.
There
is
no
proper
information
if
the
machinery
is
not
working,
there
is
no
alternative
solution
no
backup
nothing.
Giving
only
fallacy
commitment
and
poor
management
for
all
these
client
is
i
am
suffering.
I
am
not
at
all
satisfy
with
the
service.
From
the
day
one
I'm
facing
issues.
I
thought
something
else
before
I
joined
I'm
facing
lot
of
difficultie
for
my
sessions.
I'm
exhausted
with
the
poor
service,
management.
I
don't
want
to
continuing
furthermore....
