Terrible Experience with Amma Furniture in Nellore: Defective Wardrobe and Poor Customer Service I had a very disappointing experience with Amma furniture in Nellore. In March 2023, I purchased a wardrobe from them and it turned out to be my worst decision. Despite following up with them multiple times, it took over a week for them to deliver the wardrobe, and when it finally arrived, the door was defective. Even after two months, I have not received the replacement door, and the wardrobe is still partially assembled. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Amma furniture to anyone. I hope they take customer satisfaction more seriously in the future.

Worst place for furniture purchase full of fraud people . They will charge double GSD taxes on the bill so be very careful while purchasing the product still if wanted. Whole team over there will be a group and will cheat the customers . Never purchase any products from there.

I had to give one star as review for them because I can't post a review without giving that one star also. They don't deserve that one star also. We have ordered a dressing table and cot. While we were looking their salesman has told that it's made of teak wood. After paying advance they are saying it's ply and teak wood mix. Also we have asked for fresh piece of dressing table not the one from display. But after we paid total bill they are saying that no fresh pieces available they can give only showpiece and they assured that they will clean and polish everything before delivery. But look at the images of the dressing table with scratches all over it. They told we will get stool along with dressing table but after delivery no stool. Then they are saying no stool now

Don't buy anything from Amma furniture mall very poor service I have purchased 2 chair's it's broken next day I ask for exchange they are denied and not responding I am old customer to this amma furniture mall I had purchased nearly 1 lak furniture even though they treated very badly. Recently I bought office chair here. Models are good. Cost seems to be high. Please be vigilant while selecting the item,there are some defect pieces in the collection.

Collection here is reasonable Staff here are very cunning. They have shown one piece and dispatched another. When asked for replacement they are not even responding. If you have and option, I recommend not to buy here

I have Purchased one sofa set and coffee table, they delivered the defect item when I reached out to them they said they will resolve as early as possible, it's been 2 months still they are saying taht they will fix it. I don't see any one reaching out yet.

Best for cheap quality furniture and they use cheap plywood with polished wood looking paper pasted in it. We came to know after 6months of use when the paper started coming off.
