Though some of the staff were manageable,Nellore being a little conservative when it comes to women and things related to women,I think branded and SBUs and others corporate entities should stick to the rules and norms, or the type of serviceable criteria that they follow everywhere they are. I came from another location to see some inner garments in this store. To my surprise,there was only one brand,”van heusen”,which I have no knowledge of ,because it’s something I don’t see everyday at any other pantaloons store. I specifically use certain kind and we don’t waste out time trying new things ,especially at peak hours when we are busy. Even more surprising was that there was a “NO TRIAL” policy. Then, at the counter , I think he is incharge or the so called manager,,,who was trying to make me buy some more so I could get some offer.to which I said I wasn’t interested because the store is very much limited with what it has and it’s new area specific rules. He asked me what the problem was,,,I said what I couldn’t find . Hope it helps him change few things so that customers who actually look for big reputed stores for a good service don’t leave the store disappointed. All in all I felt it was not a pantaloons store that we find in cities,but an ordinary local store with a big board of “pantaloons “.
