No option to select “Zero” stars else I would have picked it. There is only one person at the cash counter and wait times are higher than voting lines. Took 30min wait to pay cash. Horrible maintained of this department as there is no organized lines and people are not sure what’s going on there. Touting to be a huge store having presence all over India and may be broad?, there is no process. Purchase should be seamless but in this case it’s making me think twice to visit this branch or Joyalukkas in future thinking about making any purchases.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

It was a great experience visiting JoyAlukas Nellore showroom. Especially Bhavani garu showed us many varieties of the ornaments and so that we could choose the desired ones. They have more variety of jewellery for all ages. They show all type of jewellery as per our request. Person available at entrance to open the door and greet the customer and also redirect to person who can help in finding what we need. Ground floor has bangles, kids gold, heavy necklaces etc. First floor has more ladies necklaces. Second floor is accounting section and gold melting section for resale of old gold. Rest rooms also available in second floor only. They have lift available along with steps inside the building itself to go the different floors. They greet the customers with cool drinks. Customers who buy more gold are eligible to get coffee. Cons: - Not much discount on the gold. Only have few vouchers as per the jewellery type or gold as stated in their website or posted in the shop. - Billing was too late. After payment, they took more than 15 minutes to generate the receipt and deliver the jewellery to us. - Not even have facility to email the receipt. - They are asking the aadhar and pan card for buying the jewellery. - If the old gold is not bought at them, then it will be melted in second floor and then compare the wait before and after for better price matching which takes 10 to 15 minutes again.

Awesome experience the ward name Mrs. Bhavani near 1 flour in silver section had a great experience The way she tackle the customer and the way she communicate with the customer Is speachless And more over the patient level was amazed by us make us to buy silver and also a part of saving scheme. They cheat Public naming vouchers.....As on buying gold they told everyone that they recieve vouchers on bill amount during akshaya tritiya and they don't make less charges on making of gold (we believe that cashback is good) now they are telling that there is tax for government of 30% and we have to pay for that....I don't know what they call this...but we call it as cheating.....as they have to say these things before buying and now we have to redeem vouchers in the same shop....stop these stupid things and don't believe in cashbacks and vouchers ( especially in gold shopping)

Very bad experience with this jewellery shop. They I'll treat very pleasant before buying and after that they turn down their words . recently bought gold and they gve some vouchers and now they are telling that 30 % tax to be paid to government (they have to say that before buying gold ) very bad about this.
