Worst hospital I have seen so far, Completely money minded. Even nurses in the ICU asks the money for doing the tests. no proper billing section. They did not gave proper medicine for Arogyasri and Insurance candidates. But they claimed well internally. one star rating is very high enough for this hospital.

They don't even deserve 1 star. This is my first and long Google review. All Thanks too worst staff of this hospital. We took our kid as he was continuously coughing and vomiting and thought to admit him. The front desk lady said it will take 1 hr. I told her it's emergency and need immediate treatment. She said ok will send you soon. Having waited for 30min, we asked the lady who sends patients doctor's name. Her response was extremely rude and said we need to wait. When asked front desk lady after waiting for 10min more, we got similar rude response. We decided not to admit our kid seeing such people there. The people sat next to me also said, the staff always behave like this and troubles patients. We took paid amount back without seeing doctor and joined our kid in another hospital.

I feel very happy for admitting in rainbow hospital. Nursing care and doctors treatment was so good to recover from low saturation. Hygiene and maintainance are so good in this hospital. Now I am healthy. Thanks to rainbow staff.

Because of sandhani doctor I have joined my dad here he is also waste I dont want to give one star rating also..because this hospital dont deserve half star rating also..but to keep my words infront of you. Just gave a one star rating..Its a very waste hospital..pls dont take health issue patients there.. They wont treat patients properly.. They wont take care of patients even if they r going to die and in serious condition..my dad died because of there negligence nd carelessness.. These are not doctors and I prefer they are money looters .They will say nicely come after 5 days.By mistake if u visit they will send all the payment one first and they will make you wait until 4 to 5 hours.Please avoid this clinic as this is the worst I have seen in nellore.

The test room was small, closed and unhygienic. The test procedure(sample is taken from inside a nostril) induces sneeze. Sneezes by the test takers were abound. AND THIS WAS COVID TEST, for heavens sake. God knows how many who came without covid got infected BECAUSE they took the test in that horrible place. I was told to wait for 4-5 days for the results of Covid Antibody test. The result was supposed to be sent to my mobile, which never happened. My calls were never answered. And there was no billing for covid tests!! If only there was a zero star rating for me to mark...

Very worst experience Nurses r very neglected the patient Room cleaning even after 2days r not happening Lift door r also open even hospital staff is near also not closing door so facing difficulty to go down and comming up Very bad hospitality

Very worst experience i never commened this hospital especially urologist.I admitted my grand father for prostate gland surgery. But doctor without informing to attenders he has done treatment which is unnecessary and unsuccessful.Please dont go to rainbow for urology.
