This is my personal experience of the time, when I went to Medicover Cancer Hospital for my brother's cancer treatment. 2 years back my brother was diagnosed with lung cancer and we were very worried about him. We don't have any idea at that time about which hospital we have to trust as we all know the current scenarios of the big hospitals which only believes in making money and scamming their patients. After consulting with various family members and relatives we decided to go with Medicover Cancer Hospital as many relatives had already gone there in this similar treatment. The head doctor and his entire team was keeping my family updated with all the progress in the most polite manner. Good staff and good team work.

This is best hospital for CANCER Treatment. Unfortunately, my mother was diagnosed with Stage 4A cervical cancer (advanced stage) in the month of January. As per other hospital doctors, treatment even though if we start will not be effective in this stage and they clearly told that survival rate of patient will be maximum of 7 to 8 months. After visiting this hospital, Dr Shreyas garu (oncologist) has given positive hope and suggested advanced radiotherapy IGRT treatment , @ Arvind Rt technical expert has performed best radiotherapy with the exact dosage based on the patient's condition and the chemotherapy was given by Dr Sree Vidya madam garu in time. Periodically, doctors were asking feedback from the patient regarding the effectiveness of treatment. According to patient convenience, they provided treatment along with providing positive hope to the family and the patient during the treatment period. Especially sisters who are working in cancer hospital building were trained; not only understandable but also given moral support to patient during treatment period. Dr Shreyas suggested to Chennai to clear the tumour remnants after chemo and radiotherapy for interstitial brachytherapy. Post brachytherapy by Dr. Prahlad (Rela hospital, Chennai), my mother's condition was good hoping the prognosis of tumor was improved for time being. Once again thanks to all doctors (Dr. Shreyas, Dr. Priya, Dr. SreeVidya and hospital staff (Mr Praveen (Administration manager) Krishna(Billing) Shakuntala, Priyanka, Jayalakshmi, Lakshmi, Sunanda,Nani and Neeraja ) for providing best treatment. (I am a thyroidectomy patient) I had a very very bad experience with  Dr.R.E.A Muthu , I visited him twice, both times I waited 4 to 5 hours even though I had a confirmed appointment. In the first visit I waited 6 hours for him but he didn't show up at last his nurse taken me to IP ward and there he spoken with me in front of other patients and I explained about my visit and my past medical history and then he written some on the visit paper and he told something orally which was I have to take Pet Ct scan , I agreed for that and I made follow up with his department (Oncology) and I got slot and done the scan. In the second visit I waited 4 hours  and finally he came and I met in his office and I explained him why my visit for and I mentioned about his recommended scan and then he was asking me who recommended this scan and I told him It was you and then he started arguing in a rude way and he confirmed he never told about that scan. And when I am helping him to recollect the words which he told earlier he was not willing to hear anything. And when I asked for suggestions about my healthcare he replied follow your own. I was so desperate after visiting this doctor and I wasted my money and valuable  time with no benefit. @Medicover Nellore branch, Thanks for your hospitality and gesture, I was very happy with your staff approach except this doctor.
