It was one of the early complex constructions in Nellore. The building has a beautiful structure but the maintenance is to be addressed very carefully.

It is not more of a shopping complex but this building has only two clothing shops WRANGLER and LEE at stilt floor. But this has insurance company like Adithya birla and SBI life insurance. It also has snooker academy at top most floor. It has lift facility for all the floors but it is bit old. It has car parking at ground floor
