Pleasant ambience and good taste of food. Courteous staff serving very politely.

Yummmm.... What a food🤤. Continental, south Indian, tandoori everything is superbbbbbbbb. Chicken lasagna is the best, very delicious. Nellore style chicken biryani is also super yum. Must try dessert here is Apricot truffle and almonds creme Brulee. Food is a bit expensive but it worth the money. Really amazed by the staff hospitality.

I'm surprised not many people are familiar with this place! This place is so spacious, has very good ambiance and good food too! Their stuffed mushroom, chicken tikka kebabs and Hyderabadi chicken biryani are a must try (I'm a Hyderabadi saying this). Their Alfredo pasta somehow didn't taste like Alfredo, but it was good. We tried their chocolate Haven dessert and it was so yum! Their staff is very welcoming, attentive, patient and polite. I had a pretty good and relaxed time with fam coming here! I only wish they could customise the spice levels with thei food.

The best restaurant in Nellore. 5 stars also less for rating. Taste, service, quantity, hygiene, everything was world class and top-notch. We visited three times in a month with my family. Every time we ordered different foods(hyderabadi chicken biryani, hyderabadi mutton biryani, gongura veg biryani, panner butter masala, stuffed batti ka mushroom, chicken lasagna, fruit platter and strawberry milk shake) and all items are delicious.

Noticed black mold on salad onions. We did not expect such bad quality from this restaurant. Also, we received half a scoop of ice cream while they charged us for one full scoop. The waiters were borderline rude, which ruined the ambience, even though the place was nicely decorated(Ambience is more than just glitter😉). 1 star just for the menu.

Excellent place to eat, especially on Sunday’s brunch. Food is excellent and Manager is too friendly. Really enjoyed with family.

Had buffet lunch along with family on 15-May. Not too rush like other hotels and big dining area with more capacity. The atmosphere is very good and the staff is vey polite. Certainly the best in Nellore. The serving staff and chef were good and interacting with the guests. Huge list of items both veg and non-veg. Each item is well prepared and tasty. Im particular, prawns and chicken was very good and the deserts were super. Bit costly in comparison to other hotels in Nellore but the price deserves for hospitality, cleanliness and tasty food.

Had one of the worst experiences ever in my life with this restaurant even before entering the restaurant itself. One of my family members is on fruit fasting and told them that she would be eating the fruits carried along with her and rest of the group will be ordering food over there. To my surprise,they have not agreed for this and everyone had to leave for their foolish and senseless attitude. Having travelled all across the world, i have never come across this kind of unprofessional work culture by any management. Instead of showing us the empathy they have lost few potential customers.

Most of the items including biriyani, Apollo fish Everything is worst. Too much cost but worst food. Even one star also waste for this.

Had an awesome dinner at Ira tonight with the exemplary hospitality received from Mr. Srinivasulu and Miss. Rojalin. I highly recommend to try this hidden gem in Nellore to enjoy tasty dishes served with great care. Mr. Srinivasulu had followed up several times with us from the time booking was made ensuring that we felt comfortable during our visit and had also arranged a surprise birthday treat for my wife on her birthday today. Thank you so much team IRA for a memorable dinner tonight!

The ambience and interior was good, Variety of cuisines are available. We had both North and south Indian cuisine and it was ok. If you are a big fan of South Indian spicy food then u can stay away from this.

Ira is Good Ambience, Good Food. Experimented with the menu, The dishes were rightly priced and The outcome was decent too. I feel there's a lot of improvement for staff training. They weren't able to recommend any food as thier Must try. Even their service and guest interaction can be improved. Not just with me. Observed with my fellow guests on other tables too. Will I repeat: Yes

Food was good , great ambiance. Very very very pleasant room atmosphere. but some of the waitresses were not professional, weren’t serving properly and asked if she could put palak curry that I ordered along with naan on my biryani plate😁. Please train ur staff
