Not always the best service like the one in Summerstrand, but the food remains the same, always goooood.

The burgers are really tasty and fresh ingredients used. Cheese balls are out of this world. The waffles were so good we returned the following day for some more however, Summerstrand served a bigger portioncompared to Baywest.

Best restaurant experience ever. The wings were so delicious but could be even hotter!!!! The burgers are a must have. Best night out in a very long time!

Good food, but I was disappointed. The chicken burger ordered is meant to come on a brioche bun....when the burger came I asked to confirm if this was the brioche bun as the menu states, I was told yes. However, it was just a normal old white roll. If they have changed the menu they should tell people, if staff are so poorly trained that they do not know the difference then training should be provided.

Great spot, good Wednesday special, 3 course meal at R150! We enjoyed our lunch!

Food was good and staff friendly; however, the Baywest branch has a cockroach problem, so I would recommend rather going to another branch. They are aware that cockroaches sometimes run around where customers are seated and on tables, but have not found a solution yet, except explaining that they may eventually move to the lower level where they won't have open seating and will be able to control the environment better. Until Rocomamas Baywest moves to a location that is bug free, I won't recommend going there and will rather visit one in a different location.

I visited the Eastern Cape for the second time and decided to have lunch at Rocomamas. Me being a first time visitor at the mall, it was new scenery so the atmosphere and ambience was unusual therefore great. It was Wednesday afternoon, had Chicken Nachos and they matched the Standard of the ones I had before, soo delicious. I was served by a very energetic and vibey guy, not sure about his name but I think Siya. He attended to every Customer whilst working alone.

It was terrible the waiters only order your food 30 mins after the waiters come to collect your orders, then once your food gets ordered it takes over an hour for it to arrive, Staff is very lazy and unhelpful.

I visited in February while with family in PE. The food was okay but filled a hole at the time. I had better at other branches but the service here was just perfect. Other places the staff can be quite intrusive and can spoil a meal but this team had it just right and we appreciated being able to enjoy the meal and each others company without being constantly interrupted to see if we were okay. If the burgers were a bit better then this would be a five star review.

There is a great vibe at this trendy restaurant for the young and young at heart. It is set in the centre of Baywest Mall so has a good feel of being part of the entertainment hub. The food is good and the service quick and friendly. It is conveniently located close to entrance 4 upper level.

What a very very bad experience!!! One waiter to serve, cold and forgotten food! I don't blame the waiter I do blame the management thinking it would be a quiet night and turn out a bit busy with just 1 guy running around!!! Cold ribs and wings, does not explain order correctly!! Forgotten food! And waiter rushing for he needs to help other tables so he doesn't have time to fully help ours! We always speak highly of Rocomamas baywest but it takes just one proper screw up to put you off completely!!

Took a friend for a burger which I told her was AMAZING - BUT what a let down! Table was dirty... the waitress talked us out of the burger which we wanted to build and suggested a special.. huge mistake we made! Burger was tasteless and not nearly what the picture presented it to be!

The place is not hygienic. We found a cockroach in my cocktail amongst Mint leaves. When the waiter reported the issue to the manager in store. She asked me why I only saw the Cockroach after my drink was almost finished and had not see in prior. THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AND I do not see how she become a manager . She is a big Coloured woman and I am ashamed for her. dispite me being polite to her cause an apology would have been enough but. I am still offended despite the apology when I think about how she treated me.The place is not even child friendly I had my daughter right there in front on this mess. The woman basically pointed that I carry cockroaches,when they work and cook customers food in a place infested with bugs ! We paid our bill of R620 included the waiters tip for the empathy she showed . Despite her Managers Ugly performance. The burger was good but the wings and ribs were very tasteless what a waste of money. Including my cocktail was not good at all no-wander the person who made it couldn’t see their ingredients were busy floating with Cockroaches in the fridge. High do not recommend and dissatisfied

I will be honest. I enjoyed the milkshakes. However, very disappointed for the rib size. The cheesy chips are way more in size than the ribs. Plus the ribs was R80! Way too expensive for its small size. Quite disappointing and will not order it again. Our original waitress disappeared that served us and they provide dirty knifes and forks to us. I had call someone to fix the problem. Then a random waiter expected I will tip after such service?!? I know it is Black Friday weekend people, but no excuse for mistakes like this and tips cannot be given to waiters that was not serving me. Please management team, please fix these issues and return to the original professional service standards you use to provide.

Hamburgers and Turbo Fries are great! Had two disappointments with the Nachos, however!! In both cases, the cheese wasn't properly melted. Would suggest some improvement here, otherwise it's a great place to go!

Burgers were below average. The MOFO hot wings were less spicy than the chilli cheese bom burger. Have had alot better experiences with this restaurant.

Abit expensive but alright I guess. It is better to sit down and have food I think than get a takeaway. It tastes a lot better? Unsure if that's a psychological thing or what but just a feeling. It's nice to be able to have an advanced build a burger setup too and people can get what they want. Just abit on the expensive side of things.

Very poor customer service. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my order despite having called 20 minutes earlier to place the order. The staff were also busy on their cellphones and not paying attention to customers.

Good burgers, but they need to start toasting the buns on the grill. Would help keep the burger warmer for longer and would stop the bun from getting soggy. Big plus:Cold Heineken on tap. Enjoy.

I would like to express my disappointment in my order from the Baywest Port Elizabeth branch. My husband placed an order on Mr Delivery (burgers for us) and the plain chicken pops for our 1 year old and 4 year old (I have a screenshot of the order specifying NOT HOT). I couldn't understand why my toddlers were screaming so I tried one of their chicken pops and it was super HOT - my poor kids! Needless to say we had to order them new food elsewhere! An absolute waste of money! Then when lodging a complaint I was told we would get a call back in the morning - Well, we are still waiting for that call! POOR SERVICE ALL AROUND!

Bought 2 chicken burgers for R122... I don't eat chips so I wanted a veggie alternative. They do not cater for that. As for the burger itself, very bland, small and underwhelming. Overpriced burgers unfortunately didn't hit the spot.

Great food, definitely the better of the two roco mamas in pe . Clean tables , warm and very family friendly , also your stuff doesn't fall through the tables... burgers might be a small step up in price versus your conventional places , but they're giant leap in quality and taste... Do order the onion rings too , they're so tasty. You can always run it off tomorrow.

Once arrived, had to wait over an hour for service to acknowledge our presence and when approached to remind servers that our drinks still needed to be orded, we were treated with unnecessary attitude on top of wait time. Poor service and poor attitude from serving staff. Tuesday 26 March 2024 Not a single set of clean napkins were provided .
