An amazing restaurant and fabulous farm shop! Was really impressed yesterday when I arrived for a wedding at how beautiful the place was. Filled with beautiful animals all around. The staff were super friendly. The farm stall was a bonus on the way out with beautiful produce and homemade biscuits and little goodies all around. I will definitely be making the trip out there more often after yesterday ! Bonus you can bring your pets with ! :)

["Attended as a work function, as a group of seven. A really nice setting for a work function, and even more so for animal lovers. I found at least three cats lazily lying around the place, even some sleeping on the tables. There was a massive German shepherd dog, sleeping for at least two hours. One in our party is allergic to cats and had quite a bad reaction, so a word of caution to those that have cat allergies. Maybe a good idea for the owners to put a sign up or advertise it accordingly too. Fortunately, I am on the other end of the spectrum and enjoyed the fury friends.\n\nThe food is in the middle price bracket. Average spend for the function was about R390 pp. excluding tips.\n\nThe food was really good for the price. Service was very friendly. I can see myself definitely going to the restaurant again, and would highly recommend it.",null,[0,233]]

We visited the restaurant for the first time and were not left disappointed. Everything was enjoyable. Service was good, food was truly tasty, especially for the low price. Would definitely come again. Only small minus I would mention was bit hard accessibility with a stroller. Had to carry the stroller up those few steps.

["1\/5 - Very disappointed. Nothing in stock, long waiting time, food upset everyone tummy. Not value for money or tasty at all.\n\nOn a recommendation decided to pay them a visit. Sorry no sugar free cold drinks. Sorry no Pork Belly. Sorry no straws. These should have been warning signs for us, but we stayed and ordered anyway... And waited over 1 hour for the food, while others around us were served.\n\nWife took Pork Shank (as there was no Pork Belly). I tried starter Calamari. Son wanted pizza and daughter wanted the standard Chicken Strips and Chips...\n\nThe Pork Shank was really not worth it. The amount of meat was about 4x Lion matchbox sizes, the rest was fat. If it was tasty it would be one thing, but was not flavorful at all. Chips tasted weird (don't know if it was just old or oil it was prepared in not fresh) but not worth it. We were vocal about it (normally would not have been) so they removed it from the bill.\n\nThe calamari and tartar sauce starter, strangely also was bland and had no taste. It was however soft and NOT chewy. The tartar sauce was runny and slightly bitter taste to it (not sure how fresh).\n\nThe pizza my son enjoyed but found it very oily. The daughter who is a chicken strips and Chips connoisseur said it was plain and tasteless also and did NOT enjoy it at all.\n\nEveryone stomachs were not well after the meal...\n\nOverall bad experience and won't be visiting again there any time soon.",null,[0,125]]

Loved the atmosphere, the service was amazing and the dogs, cats and chickens created some extra magic. Well done to the owners and staff, we will definitely be back soon.",null,[0,292]]

What a gem! Very cozy and warm cottage style restaurant, with the most warm hearted and friendly waitress. We enjoyed Cappuchino and tea, with the most delicious cakes! I had a chocolate cream cheese cake and the others had lemon meringue tart. I will most definitely be back soon. I loved the atmosphere and specially the cats and dogs who made me feel at home. I must mention the clean surrounding and well looked after garden where you can even enjoy a picnic!

["We made a booking for the Christmas lunch in November. The lunch started at 12 o clock, but we only received the first course around 1 o clock. The interior seated guests were catered to first, while the exterior guests were assisted last. We finished the lunch around 4 o clock. The waiting time between courses was extremely long. The waiters brought the course but not the cutlery, which caused another waiting period before we could enjoy the meal. The experience was disappointing and I believe the cause was over booking. The food was paid for in advance to secure the booking, the drinks were placed on a tab. When the tab was paid for, a 10% fee was automatically added to the bill (food and drinks) for staff. This was not indicated to any of the individuals that attended to lunch. I will not be utilizing this establishment for another event. The food was not bad, just on the small side and I found a hair in my desert. Overall an experience not to have on Christmas day.",null,[0,239]]

We had breakfast with some friends at the Elephant Walk Restaurant over the weekend. The food was fantastic. The atmosphere was very pleasant and peaceful (yet busy), plenty of place for the little ones to run about. We were very impressed. All the staff of Restaurant as well as the adjoining shops were absolutely wonderful. So kind and genuine. I recommend Elephant Walk for a fantastic weekend treat. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is that I wish you had a kiddies menu. Our kids are fussy eaters and eventually ate nothing. Just a few items would be great. However, it doesn't dimish the fact that you have an excellent Restaurant.

Expired Creamy Peri-Peri Sauce BB 03/09/2022 Sorry not sorry but what else is in their kitchen that is also expired and used in the food they prepare for the customers? Feeling honestly Sick! If those places I've slandered gave better services I wouldn't have done so.

Really a lovely restaurant. We have had breakfast there a couple of times. It was really good. You can sit inside or outside. There is also a lovely food store on the premises. Which is great if your heading to the beach. I think there is also a gift and craft shop. So there is a lot to choose from.

Hi We discovered Elephant Walk Restaurant when it had just opened. We were the first couple to have there wedding reception at the new place. On Kragga Kamma Road 5mins drive from home you can escape to the peaceful gardens of the restaurant. Where you can enjoy good food. We like the thin base pizza and a carafe of red wine.

We booked to eat there last night and it was disappointing. The menu was really very small and simple , however I understand that due to lockdown and costs that the menu had to be streamlined. Having said this, my guest ordered the Lamb pie and although looked good and value for money, my guest had to really look for any meat. At R126.00 was a rip off. If you serve any food, make sure its value for money and not just cornstarch with a bit of Veg. A hard sell to ever go there again. Total bill including tip came to R1100.00. Felt ripped off
