The food is good but unfortunately my family and I will not eat here anymore because of the flags hanging in and out of this business. Businesses should stay neutral no matter the beliefs of the owner. These particular flags are an indication of severe mental illness.

Definitely NOT a kid-friendly place. Pizza was okay but NO high chairs. We bought over 10 slices of pizza. Our baby (1 year old) was sitting in a small table in front of us while we were feeding him and they came VERY rude about it. The guy was a really jerk. We didn’t say nothing back to him just left the place. A lot of rainbow flags to look like a inclusive place but not inclusive for parents and babies.

Was in Nelson for an hour, decided on pizza and was not disappointed. The basis of all good pizza is the dough and the sauce which they absolutely deliver. I went back after a year of the first review and I wish I could review twice cause it was still straight fire 11/10 will go out of my way to eat here

Whatever is in their pizza dough is not meant for human consumption. The pizza tastes great but gives instant diarrhea every single time (I live in nelson and have eaten Thors dozens of times). Also the main guy who works there has always been rude to me over the years. I highly suggest going to el taco or anywhere else it'll save the pain on your stomach.

I thought this was a restaurant and its more a walk up place. They did make my pizza with soy cheese so that was nice. Place could use a good cleaning.

Passing through, ordered 3 topping medium pizza to our motel. Paid the delivery guy the bill and an extra $4.50 tip. Found out there was a $5.00 delivery charge included, which nobody said, and the guy never said anything, so he got $9.50 tip. I thought $ 27.50 was a lot for a med. 3 topping. Good pizza, terrible price. They just lost a repeat customer. My cousins live up in Nelson, they are also outraged that we were taken advantage of.

Every time we come to Nelson this is always a great stop! It is the prefect place to stop for a quick bite while wandering around town. My kids love it, the customer service is phenomenal, and the pizza is great! The man working today threw in an extra slice just because!

Last dinner in Nelson and it was probably one of our favorites! This place makes an awesome pizza, loaded with fresh toppings and a perfect crust. They made our Aphrodite pizza with traditional sauce instead of salsa, much thanks. Tons to choose from on the menu. Something for everyone. Next time I’m having the Hades Inferno 🔥

didn’t disappoint me, I’ve been ordering with other restaurants in town by delivery and somehow I’m gutted when my food arrives coz it’s not worth the price, but this one is definitely a hit. Ordered cinnamon rolls and Poseidon Pizza 😋😋

Absolutely delicious gluten free pizza! The gentleman on the phone was so kind and helpful to all of our annoying dietary needs being celiac sucks and it’s hard to find people willing to deal with it so we appreciate it big time! Such a good price too, really can’t beat it, and with that kind of service, who would want to! Thank you thors pizza. 🤩

Visited Thor's whilst visiting family in Nelson. Loved it and the pizza is great!

Thor's has great, tasty pizza, with a number of vegetarian options. Since I live out of town, I call ahead to order and then pick up. When I'm in town I often grab a tasty pizza slice, or two to go. There's always a good selection of delicious options if you're in a rush. Great, cheerful staff.

Have yet to taste better pizza

Being from Golden, I thought Red Tomato Pies was the holy grail of pizzerias in BC. Boy was I wrong. Went to Thors for the first time, to get some pizza by the slice. What a selection! Most pizzerias that offer by the slice have maybe 3 options. Not these guys, boasting seven choices when I went, all of them looking amazing. The calzones however... By far the best I have ever had, and Ive had a few in my travels. Perfect cheese to topping ratios, unreal seasonings, and oh so satisfying. Now my personal favorite attribute of this place, is the health factor. If you pick right, you wont be leaving here feeling heavy, or greasy, you will feel good and refreshed! The staff here is also, second to none. I asked for 1 calzone, they gave me 2, and charged for 1. I would have loved them even if they didnt give me free food, but thats the sort of thing, that ensures me coming back! If you need pizza, Thors should be your first choice.

First time eating here and oh my god! So so so good, amazing vegan options which is a big plus for me. Quick, tasty, fun, and affordable. The energy in there was so awesome, I will definitely be back. You guys are all absolutely killing it!

"Nelson's best pizza" did not disappoint. Great crust, good sauces and plenty of cheese and toppings to make what i believe is a perfect pie. Thoroughly enjoyed the vegetarian option even though I'm clearly a majority meat eater. Will be back to try other pies, and i look forward to it!!

Thor's makes amazing pizzas and I always return for more. Most recently, we had the Triple Crown style pizza (pepperoni, mushrooms and green peppers) - WOW! Best one I've had in a long time. A great place!

Wow! Great pizza! Sliced and full one to go. If you order full, it will take 20-30 mins but you won't be disappointed. Sliced ones are also fantastic and ready to go.

I was looking forward to coming back here for a long time because of how good the pizza is. I was not disappointed. I ordered the 12" Hawaiian and it was very good. Short line up and great service despite 3 tries at getting my first name right. It was no big deal and we had a good laugh about it when my order was ready.

Fantastic pizza that arrived quickly, and hot! Cooked to perfection and lots of toppings. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone when placing our order was very friendly, as was the woman who delivered it! Highly recommend :)

Ordered calzone delivery sept 23rd. Woman answering phone extremely rude. I was ordering 2 calzones, unaware of there being different kinds. Woman taking my order with an angry tone asking me what kind i want over and over after i already expressed i am not familiar with menu and kinds to choose from. How hard is it to list the different kinds? Instead of demanding i pick one when i dont even know the choices. Then the delivery driver thinks im calling her to an allyway when i called her to a literal hotel on baker Street. Two drivers showed up with arms crosses like I am a thug. Finally, i gave the owners a chance to explain the situation today, october 4th, before i left a review. The woman owner was trying to EXCUSE the poor behavior i experienced by essentially saying that they were probably busy so i should just accept it. Nah. You run a service business. Take some time off lady.

The atmosphere and friendly staff here is really something special. Tons of people lined up here so they’re obviously doing something right, but for me the pizza itself was meh. Thick, firm, flavourless crust kinda dulled down the toppings. In my perfect pizza world the dough would be a bit fluffier and cooked at a higher temperature for more crunch. I’d say worth a try because maybe it’s a preference thing.

Fantastic Pizza and Great Service!! Was so good we ended up eating a slice twice in one day. The guy at the counter (didn't catch your name) was super personable and had suggestions for other great food in Nelson as well. Will definitely be back.

The only problem with this place is that you want to eat everything but there is no enough space in your stomach. So many options and all of them delicious, the calzone is out of this world. Best pizza in nelson

We love Thor's! Whether we are grabbing a quick slice or ordering a whole pie for at home, it's never a let down! I love trying all of the new and fun combinations you guys come up with for the daily by the slice specials. Our go to place for sure!

Okay - the food was underwhelming. We ordered the “Heavenly” Artemis pizza - $24.99. It was quite bland and the pizza dough was gooey. I expected a lot more taste and vibrancy to this handmade specialty pizza. The tables were covered with grease and crumbs, seating upholstery torn. People had dogs sitting at the tables. Washroom is available, with good smelling soap, running water and paper towels - and is located in the corner of the kitchen, so ask to visit if you want to see the innards of this shed. See pictured menus, walls and decor. The ceilings are beautiful.

The pizza here is delicious! But the best part was the atmosphere. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming, they were singing with the radio and having a great time when I came in. The guy at the counter recommended some places for me to visit when he learned I’m from out of town and straight up said that everyone is welcome there. Immaculate vibes, I will definitely be back!

Nice place, friendly people. Ordered 2 large pizzas for take out and said no green peppers. They were both smothered with green peppers. Hopefully they will work on the communication between front desk and the cooks.

Staying in Nelson for a couple of nights...and the fam jam decided on Thor's. Boy oh boy are we glad we did. From the moment we ordered to all the way to getting back to our hotel for dinner the experience was amazing.

Traveling through Nelson, stopped in for pizza, and the entire experience was sensational. Ares' fuel pizza and I would do it again without any hesitation. Friends did the Mercury and Thor's thunder, and again great pizza. Small place, great staff, and even better pizza.

Outstanding pizza. My wife and three kids loved it (spicy pep, veg, Hawaiian). I'm leaving a two star review because the person who served us was unfriendly both to me and my wife. Passing through to Alberta and just stopped for a slice. Unfortunate experience for our first time through Nelson.
