First off, the staff has always been great. I have noticed that the topping quantity has really been lacking. I even went as far as to add more toppings hoping that I will see more on the pizza. I took a photo of my 5 topping pizza. It seems like the more toppings added, the less of each topping I got. I stopped purchasing from them and have switched to other Pizza places and immediately noticed the difference in topping quantity. Unfortunately I dont think I will be going back.

I've ordered from here for years but I just had the worst customer service experience and I will no longer be supporting Panago at all. Which is a bummer cause they're the only place that delivers to where I live and the pizza is really good for a chain. I was trying to place an order through the app and it wouldn't let me because this store is out of caramelized onions, no big deal, I'll take red onions. I couldn't figure out how to do it through the app without being charged so I called the number, thinking they can just make a note about subbing red onions for caramelized onions. Nope, it's an extra $2/pizza to replace the thing they are out of with something else. Yes, it's only $2 but the principal of being charged extra to replace something they are out of is absolutely ridiculous. Not impressed, and now I'm hangry.

Plant based combo & medium pepperoni pizza was good. Delivery driver seemed baffled when the transaction was in cash. No, that's not a 50$ tip. Yeeesh.

Normally I order pizza through a different pizza restaurant in Nelson but on a whim I decided to order from Panago, you know... just to try it. I am happy I did. The pizza had a lot of cheese on it - without me having to order "extra cheese" and the cook was generous with the other toppings as well. The delivery person was super friendly, so was the person who took my order. Great service and great pizza (I also ordered a salad (so fresh - no wilted lettuce) and some cinnamon stix). I believe I have now found my "new" go to place for pizza as this restaurant appears to know what customers want. Thank you Panago Nelson, your staff and food are awesome and this had made my day.

The Panago order app is terrible. We try to order online and it's such a hassle we don't bother. Too bad cause we like the pizza!

Hands down the best pizza in Nelson for price and quality. I usually get the Veggie Mediterranean, great flavors! Great crust and sauce. Had an issue with my pizza not being made correctly one time; they not only sent out a new pizza but also gave a credit toward my next order.

Pizza is fair not great standard delivery fee the delivery guy always begins contact with "are you going to tip me!" like you never have. So I prefer other pizza places who understand service to tip ratio especially when you already pay $5 to $6 delivery fee and get extorted at the door another $5 to $10 to remove it from the bag and hand it to you! Hardest job ever right he NEEDS a big tip

I ordered here on Thursday December 9th. I had the New York deli.. it was hot, had plenty of toppings and very tasty. It was great value I thought at 19$ for a large!

Consistently out of things. Forgets your beverages. Rude female employee who gets mad at you for complaining? In a small town with tons of other pizza options this is unacceptable.

I don’t usually give chain restaurants 5 stars but I will make an exception because they have so many VEGAN 🌱 (plant based) options. My daughter has tried a lot of vegan pizzas 🍕 over the years but we both agree Panago Pizza in Nelson offers up a quality pizza time and time again. The young woman who takes the orders and makes the pizza is very professional and works quickly. Once I was waiting out front in my car and the pizza was ready before I expected it. The staff ran it out to car our which I thought was very appreciated. This location is across from Safeway.

Horrible service, we ended up having to pay for a pizza that we couldn’t even eat because they made an error and made it with a gluten crust instead of gluten free and the lady working got so mad at us and was practically yelling at us that we had to pay for it because she wasn’t able to cancel the order or change it. Super disappointed in their service:( won’t be going back

Pizza was great, cheesey bread was awesome. But I didn't know that when you order a apple pie you need to cook it your self. Some instruction on heat and cook time would be appreciated for the next time.

Very few fast food chains deserve 5 stars. This specific Panago earned all 5. They use quality ingredients compared to other pizza places. They use organic when they can and the pizza was everything I’d hoped it to be.

Good service, toppings were nil.. an crust was about as thick as a tortilla wrap.. almost no sauce. Disappointed. Have to ask for double everything to get a decent pizza now days, an your still lucky if you get what you paid for.
