Used to be our favourite spot until one of their kitchen staff stole my phone and the manager said he can do nothing about it. I will save you a moment with your lawyer and tell you this. For a statement to be defamatory in the courts of law, it must be untrue. I will not be intimidated into removing my review and, it's been a month and I haven't heard from your lawyers. I really look forward to hearing further from you or your legal team.

Beautiful place... generous portions of food... very helpful and pleasant wait staff.

So when in Nelspruit and you need a Laidback place to hang out. This would be one of them. Good location, very cool setup with an atrium, private room and outside overlooking bar seating choices. Menu and presentation is quite good. Bonus of a Shisha lounge. Not entirely kid friendly but certainly a great hangout with mates and the like. Good staff as well 😉

I visited Urbanhouse yesterday(21st of May) , it was a solo date and I enjoyed every moment of it . The only challenge I had was to call the waitresses/waiters for them to notice me . The food took too long to be brought, but the taste is out of this world . Please pass compliments to the blessed hands that prepared it , and lovely service from Muzi and the tall,dark skinned guy who offered to take me a picture. I’m definitely visiting again, hopefully with Indoda this time 🙂❤️

Excellent burger was served in a pleasant environment. The restaurant has recently been significantly upgraded from the previous establishment. Centrally located in Nelspruit, it serves as a good location for a working lunch.

Urban House, is a nice place for a person who wants good food,a good vibe and good music. The food is delicious, especially their oxtail. The service is very quick with 20 minutes your food is ready. However it tends to be over crowded at times. Therefore it is advisable to place an order before visiting the place.

Beautiful atmosphere, which was ruined by the attitude of the waiter and the manager. Got here with my family for a light lunch and the waiter was quick to tell me where not to sit because I have a minor with. Yet the very same area that I was restricted from had 3 minors there with their parents having lunch. After the manager came to try and explain the sitting arrangement he left because he couldn't answer me as to why the other minors where allowed in the same area. We waited for 15min just to get menus and it was obvious that they were not willing to serve us. Got up and left because I was surely not going to force my hard earned money where it was not needed. Worst service I have ever received. Never setting a foot here.

Went in and was approached very calmly by a waiter, who treated me excellently. Food was very pleasing and the outside-eating area with the street view is my favourite.

Most delicious green salad I ever had. The meat was wonderful as well. The service is the best The staff is friendly and easy to talk to.

Warmest welcome, accommodating, lively and happy atmosphere, but we were still able to enjoy conversation. Excellent food. Busy time, but didn’t wait too long for food.

The food was delicious and affordable. We bought platter for 4 it was R465. The staff isn’t friendly, the waitress who took us to our table went AWOL and we had to get another one😫. The drinks were brought in a boring manner the glass was dripping water. It was a disaster. We sat next to this other table right in front of the bathroom, we kept having flies coming to our food. The set up needs to be fixed.

A Must stop when in Mbombela, most amazing food and Great 5 star service from Khosi she recomended the house chilli sauce and its a must taste! Well done to the Chef and staff. Amazing place to visit.

Urban house is a great place . They serve very delicate plates. But some of the waiters are rude I remember first time we went there with our friends one of the waiter said we should never come back bacause our friend was a bit tipsy after all the money we’ve spent.👎👎👎Great place though…Muzi is the greatest waiter.

I went to Urban House for the first time and I fell in love with the interior design. It is absolutely gorgeous and beautiful inside. Urban House is very modern and you can even sit outside (but you are still inside the restaurant). The restaurant makes one feel like you are in nature. It truly is mesmerising. The staff are very professional and friendly. The cocktails are delicious and refreshing. I will recommend this to anyone and everyone. It is a must!

Yooooh poor service xem🥺 drinks took almost an hour to be served not to mention the food. The food was nice though 😋

If you don't like loud music like in the clubs but prefer music in the background then it's the place to be.. Nice vice, safe area, parking space, there's alcohol and food... Food it relatively nice and the drink... The service is fair.. Overall i think it's a great restaurant to chill and unwind afterwork or on weekend.

Lovely place, beautiful, the food is to die for, they make the meanest hubbly, I enjoyed it. Also afforded.
