Once again we tried to find some fresh salads, vegetables and fruit. But alas, as usual this particular Pick n Pay has shocking fresh produce. Additionally staff are always disinterested in helping, preferring to stand around chatting with each other. Lastly, the till points are always under staffed - mainly because the staff are all busy with their own private conversations. Pick n Pay management I urge you to review this appalling service and quality in this store.

Yesterday 3 people confronted me, told me that I stand a chance to win R1000 vouchers. After giving them ALL my info seems this morning that they sold me funeral cover.. SMS's flood my phone. This is unexpected as they didn't say any thing about life insurance.

Such a disappointment.... should not be at the mall if you asked me Worst shop at Ilanga Mall.... either short cashiers or water leaks everywhere. I just spent 30min just for bread

I am disgusted with PNP Ilanga Mall chicken flatties are always rotten. Never have neat or chicken shelves packed 4th time I've bought this will never shop there again . Poor management . DISGUSTING 😡😡😡😡🎂

This store is very disappointing every time I go there. The shelves are always half empty but there are always people standing in the way restocking shelves. The fridges are warm sometimes, stuff is half defrosted. The cashiers are sullen and not helpful. The store just are a disorganized vibe to it. I will not be supporting Pick & Pay again unless I have no other choice.

I swore to myself never to set foot in this pick n pay ever again!! EVERYTIME there are huge lines at the tills with only 2 or 3 tills operating. Today its the same thing! In the middle of the festive season, the ques are hoing down the isles, only 4 tills open, and then one of the till ladies decides its her tea break or something and just closes the till, leaving customers who have been standing in the que for 20 mins to fall back into another long que! Wake up!!! Or do whatever, you are not seeing me there ever again!

Not interested in customer service at all. You need an incredible amount of patience. I have just recieved 2 bags of cherries via Mr D . One beg is full, the othed half. At R100 per bag , that is a total rip off. I will not be ordering from them online again.

Easily one of the worst pick n pays. Rarely have more than 2 tills open a when you ask the manager then they just shrug their shoulders.

O stars!! WORST PICK N PAY IN THE COUNTRY! Ordered online and always deliver spoiled food and stale bread, please get a generator as your fridges are clearly not working during loadshedding!!!

Ordered fruits twice now that has been way past the sell by date, which does not agree with my stomach, rather buy in store than through online with them if you don't want to be sick.
