I had the steak special which was amazing however it was missing a mushroom sauce. - Lamb Chops had a large amount of fat, it was a good cut however just to much fat. Atmosphere : - Great environment ! Exciting and Vibrant. Management : - management present the entire time, assisting and on service and came to check up on us. Service : - Great service ! So friendly and brilliant. (Petros is the waiter) Overall experience : Enjoyed every moment.

Was very excited to find a steakhouse in this beautiful town however this lead to disappointment. Portion size was small. Quality of steaks rump and sirloin was not good. Tasted like something from a cheap supermarket. The service was very friendly and the atmosphere is amazing for a celebration. My expectations was sadly not met

Lovely place in Nelspruit that makes you feel you are in a luxurious restaurant in a major city. Very good service and well priced apart from the delicious food.

The service was great. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive, our food also arrived rather quickly. The steak special is nothing special in my opinion, there wasn’t enough basting. I ordered a medium rare but received a very rare(however this could just be one of those restaurants where medium rare is more rare than at others). The chips could’ve used a little more spice. Their bacon and cheese burger was incredibly delicious though, very juicy and flavourful. The Ribeye was also good, very soft, juicy and nice basting. The atmosphere is in between formal and casual. Not a very noteworthy vibe. Their prices are average for a restaurant of this calibre coming to about R130 pp per main meal.

After reading great reviews about Turn 'n Tender I convinced my entire family to give it a try. Upon arrival we were impressed with the atmosphere and the ambience of the restaurant. We were quickly greeted by a friendly waiter who had a welcoming demeanor. We ordered the sirloin and calamari combo, grilled chicken, boerewors and pap and beef ribs. The chicken was well seasoned and tasty as well as the pap and boerewors dish. Our main issues were the sirloin and the ribs . The ribs were under seasoned and rock hard and were left utterly deflated. We asked for the sirloins to be prepared medium but we were served well done steaks, the only saving grace was that the seasoning was fantastic.

Best Picanha I've ever had. Perfectly medium rare, and I savored every bite. Served with a trio of mashed potatoes and spinach. Wish I could go every night.

Had the Rump steak with mash potato - very well prepared with good flavour. Mushroom sauce is extremely tasty and portion is generous. Had Malva pudding for desert that was ok and hubby had Chocolate mouse that he enjoyed very much. Nice atmospere with very attentative waiter. Would definately recommend the restaurant and visit again in future.

The food was great. The grilled chicken was the best among everything out table ordered. The beef ribs were quite very dry and tough to eat (might have been a bad day). The steak was well cooked and seasoned not exceptional as I hoped because I was hyped up by reviews. The portions are really generous overall it's a good place I'll definitely visit again.

Come to turn and tender if you want to pay 285 Rand for a C-Grade clubsteak under cover as a Ribeye. The wagyu burger was good though

Well ... if you want really great steaks, Turn n Tender is the place to go. Yes i have heard people say it is a bit expensive, but hey, if you want a cheaper steak you will get the toughest piece somewhere else. The steaks here are at the right price for what you pay for, tender, succulent and darn good. If you want a side and you love your pap, then get the pap and gravy with the steak, that is the best combination you can get. Washed down with a great glass of red wine. Nothing comes close to this.

Nice, cosy place... Best steaks in nelspruit town... Food always at the right temperature. They serve a wide range of drinks also. cost per person ranges from R250-400 for a good meal.

Very good vibes and very good meat. We were a large group of friends but everything was fine. Good service as well and good prices. The restaurant was very comfortable and very nice.

Best place ever for quality steaks

The meat was hard and didn't taste fresh. I had beef ribs. The vegetables were salty and they didn't have variety. All was available was cooked pumpkin, spinach that tasted like umbidzo and over cooked cabbage that was yellow and extremely salty. The standard of food has gone down. There was no lamb. My partner had oxtail which was also very salty. The waiters were good.
