Received amazing service today, the attending waitress Sinnah was extremely friendly, quick on her feet and attentive. Definitely the best service I’ve received at Mugg & Bean thus far.

The food is well prepared and delicious. We had excellent service from Themba. What really stood out was the fact was that while we waited for our food four or five waiters asked me if I had been attended to, great service

Well not 3 stars worth . When you order a bottom less coffee i expect it to be bottomless not begging the manager for another cup of coffee and that took 35 minutes to arrive. Then the breakfast a simple on the go takes 45 minutes to prepare. I understand why patrons go to wimpy. MB will not see me quickly again.

Keletso was great and kept on checking us if we are still good. Attention to detail as I asked for an Almond milk for my oats and she delivered 😋 I will definitely come back.....

Lovely restaurant for family, couples and even solo. Food is exquisite, options are refined, and the service is good. You pay for what you get, and it's definitely worth the spend! Ice coffee is such a treat, would love to have it on tap! 🥳

It's a nice spot for breakfast or lunch. Can also grab a mocha while you do your work,, in a safe area, well ventilated, amazing staff especially the manager who is very helpful and always there to assist.. I have to say they make the best platters in Nelspruit, made timeously and ready for pickup in case one has an event. Quite affordable and also flexible with their platter designs, but definitely worth every cent, and the manager also helps to ensure that the platters are made to perfection. you can alsso grab a quick snack or coffee on the go if you aren't planning for a dine-in. Highly recommend the place!!

Mugg n bean, Crossing gives such a warm welcome from the wait staff to the management, everyone is so involved, I've never seen such amazing team work in other stores.

Memory and Keletso were the absolute best! They served me in the early morning with big smiles and fast service. Thank you girls!

I had an issue with wifi at home so I ended up spending the day at mugg and bean crossings to complete my work. Bongani and Lebo were super helpful considering I took up a whole table for majority of the day. Thank you for the excellent service!

Sinnah was so kind and friendly! She was attentive to our needs and smiled everytime she came to our table. We enjoyed a lovely lunch of outstanding quality and it was absolutely delicious!

The breakfast was absolutely disgusting. The only good thing was the coffee . It was oily , grimey , the tables were filthy dirty . Please see attached picture of what an omelette should look like , there is not once ounce of oil on the plate .

Horrible breakfast. Coffee cold. Order took very long. Not good value for money (R75 for avo on a slice of toast, and the bread was not even toasted). My guest found a long black hair in his food. Had to remind twice about toast, it arrived after the meal was finished and not even buttered properly. No care or attention to detail. Manager offered a feeble 'sorry'. My friends an I will spend our money elsewhere.

Lebu took care of us, her service is commendable and the food was really nice.

I'd visit here a lot if I lived here. I love me some "brinner!" Bagels with whatever breakfast items you want, all day. Avocado toast was edge to edge fresh avocado 🥑.

Although they do not have many plant based options. It was great to finally get the chance of ordering a plant based milk shake. Couldn't tell the difference. Really great.

I enjoy soft fried eggs, but Nelspruit just can not cook eggs, the yolk is broken and the white is still runny, very disgusting. Even after the second try it dis not work. Seems the chef needs TRAINING

Excellent service, lovely food, always fresh and the cakes are absolutely divine. The baked cheesecake recipe has changed, and it is now a bit more tart. Still very creamy.

Efficient service. The food was a bit underwhelming but the overall ambience in keeping with Mugg n Bean. Ordered the French Onion Meatballs not quite as expected. Would I come back? Definitely would come back, maybe try something new next time

Not great at all. Ordered iced coffee. Cup loaded with crushed ice. No coffee taste. Not worth R10, but paid R45 for each.

Loved it but I think the bottomless drinks ime. Dragon fruit and raspberry fizz should be premixed considering how small the glasses are and how flimsy the straws are it makes it difficult for customers to do so themselves

Got great service, i did not have the best smoothie there, it was watery and i think they did not put any ice. Service received was good.

Delicious food and excellent service

Extremely poor service. The waiters all seem to be on vacation and it took 20 minutes for one of the 5 waiters who ignored us and served the rest of the less than half full restaurant (6 total tables of people) before I had to call twice just to get noticed by someone who seemed annoyed when asked if we can make an order. When we finally managed to order drinks it took them nearly just as long to eventually bring the drinks, and after being ignored for another 20 minutes we had to get up and order another drink because no waiter came. This took another 20 minutes for us to get that drink. Really really slow service for an empty restaurant. I have eaten here many times, but after not being in Nelspruit for a year and coming back to this, it is sad to see the place so mismanaged.

I was at the Crossings Mugg n Bean today (Monday) and for some reason the service was not as good as the service I received at the Riverside Mugg and Bean. I was there today between 11 & 13 and was offered a refill only 2 times. I'm not sure if it's because I was alone and took a book with me, I will need to visit again to be sure, but at Riverside I didn't need to ask, when my (bottomless) drink was finished, the waitress brought another. I didn't notice the delay as much (since I was busy working or reading), but if the service was faster, I might have eaten something too. If I wasn't keeping myself busy, I would've been agitated and left.
