As a hardware store you will find a great selection of goods. However after paying for your goods you will be confronted by the security officer at the door, where you will be required to unpack your purchased goods on a 400mm x 400mm little table. The security will then proceed to check each and every item against the tax invoice. Leaving I felt more like a suspected shoplifter, definitely not a valued customer.

Typical builders. No staff want to assist. You bother them when asking questions. They don't know what's in the store. Pricing on the shelves are missing terribly in this branch. Increased to 3 stars after collecting my first online order. Went fairly quickly, happy about my discount!

Terrible service, unfriendly and unhelpful staff. You pay for your goods and treated like a child by their security. Worst security ever. Train your staff better, especially your security, arrogant and rude to say the least. By the looks of the non response of the business to bad reviews vs good reviews, I suppose that says a lot. You won't see my money again.

Went in to look at generators and cams out with a bunch of outside lights and a whole new project that i hadnt planned. It came out great.

You need patience. The prices at the tills are more often than not incorrect. Pensioners beware. Most of the items have a small promotional discount in very small lettering on the price talker. So when you get to the till expecting the 10% discount., it either rungs up for more or you get told its already on promotion. There are too many items without prices and to get staff to help with that , could easily take 20 minutes.

The cashiers here are soooo RUDE!! Today 30th January 2023 was my second time in that shop and yet again they were RUDE!!

Great shop you get everything you need from furniture, garden tools, paints and a lot of other things. I buy my DIY thing here and I always get what I need. 😍

Was there this afternoon. The staff was litterally busy hugging and playing with each other's hair and pointed simply said "out of stock" whilst I was still explaining what I needed. The assistant from Wolf couldnt help me to get a pull start assembly because he was kissing and hugging a girl and that had priority over my enquiry. After numerous attempts I found a gentleman close to the paint section that was helpful and simply said you'll find it at "X" "Y" and "Z" shops..

The store is good. It never seems to be out of stock which is nice. But it's hard to find someone to help you if you are looking for something, the floor is very empty of personnel. The car guards outside are very loud and intrusive. I get why they are there but they really bully you...

Space is always well presented. Labels & prices are in order on products. I found what I was interested in & a few extras along the way. Hats off to builders warehouse Nelspruit

I went to buy a 20l of paint on Monday, realized after i swiped that I need cash. I went back to the cashier kokoti mashaba to ask for a mere R150 and she just said we don't have. Mind you it's was already midday, I asked her if all the cashiers don't have money? She just replied again that we don't have money got to the back. When I went there, there wasn't any cashier on the tills. I decided to look for management on the floor. I spoke to Joel manana about the incident. I was very disappointed with the way the cashier was rude and didn't make any effort to assist.

Well stocked, great range, central. Staff however are not helpful, willing to assist or knowledgeable.

Always find what I need here. The staff are so helpful, pricing is very competitive and there are always great promotions on quality products. The only thorn in my shopping experience here today was the trolleys whose wheels are each doing its own thing...not only one but a few I used and changed and changed again. Apart from this the staff are all friendly and helpful, and the shop is neat and clean.

Most items are expensive, can find better prices in Nelspruit/Mbombela if you shop around, customer service almost non existent.
