Very well stocked West Pack! Huge choice of all the household items you can possibly need plus toys plus snacks. Safe parking right in front of the main entrance.

The staff they all amazing. The shop it's so clean to the par you can see yourself on the floor. And amazingly enough stock

11.30am we walked into West Pack at the Grove in Mbombela. Beautiful cooler boxes of all colours were stacked up at the entrance with special signs for R129.99. I chose one and when I paid the price was R169.99. I queried the price and was told the special ended yesterday! The supervisor asked if we would be prepared to pay the R169.99 or she could give me a voucher as a refund. I chose to take the voucher and while I was waiting I noticed staff members hastily taking down the special signs. Two things came to mind. 1. The normal policy is the price you see is the price you pay. 2. 11.30 am surely the special signs should have been removed by then. I enjoy shopping at West Pack, but this incident left me very dissapointed in their customer service

They always have all the stuff that you need but can’t find anywhere else. The prices are hit and miss. … you must just compare carefully But staff is VERY helpful… probably THE most helpful staff of all shops. They actually treat you like they WANT to help. And also it’s very clean

This is my go to place when I think of spices and sauces. The prices are quite reasonable and they also have good deals on detergents and toilet paper

I was pleasantly surprised. I found what I was looking for and also took 2 items that were on promotion. After the teller had rung everything , the manager came to the till and told the cashier about the items not being rung up correctly . I had not been paying attention. I would have got home, checked my slip and been incredibly annoyed that I d been charged full price. So there I had a manager, paying attention. Well done. A very satisfied customer instead of an annoyed one.

Very helpful. The staff immediately approached and asked how they can help. The product I required was not on the shelf but they went to the back to go and fetch some for me so it was quick. Very happy. Keep up the good work and service.

Nelspruit staff members especially at the tiils,are not welcoming as if you are not they should learn from West pack staff members in Groblersdal.Groblersdal west pack staff offers excellent service I can't wait to go back to Groblersdal last tym I went there I was treated 'top notch' they are the best really , They dont judge by appearance all of them in the entire store are the best 👌🏾

Send you branch an e- mail yesterday at 14.34 pm. No response. The read receipt say someone read it at just after 13.00 today but still no response. I was in your shop this morning to buy some goods. There was one till in operation. The rest of you too good for nothing personnel was all gathered at another counter . The one at the till that was operating call them with no one responding. Needless to say this was my last call at your business . Never again.

What a nice experience we had being assisted by one of the managers in Nelspruit cental.. He was very helpful. The only problem we have is that the competition for the car to be won doesn't include the Nelspruit branches. Can West Pack please comment why the Nelspruit branches isn't allocated with a car to be won?

The make the best birthday balloons, however it is not as cheap as you'll expect, but if you're looking for a quick shopping trip then it is the perfect store.

Id like to commend Andile from Westpac Nelspruit, her acumen on the telephone is impeccable, she speaks very well to customers and is extremely helpful and calls back to check for satisfaction, please give this women a bells

I was not there but @ Pep Stores But Westpack is a wonderful store to shop @ anyway. Have every & anything for low costing. Pep is one of the neatest friendliest Pep in the whole of Nelspruit. All the other Pep Stores can catch tips from them.

They have fantastic products, you just have to search. I don't recall seeing Isle signs. All in all cost effective
