Google maps says you updated your opening hours 11 weeks ago to closing at 5 on a Sunday. At 3:30 today I went in to buy some solar torches only to find you closed and the sign beside your door clearly stating that you close at 3 - please correct your Google Maps listing as you just waste our time when it is incorrect.

I bought clothes, shoes and food and visited...Kruger National Park, 3 roundavels, Potholes, God' Window, The Cave, Isidwala

Month end and only 3 of the 14 tills are operational😳🤨

I was at game in Ilanga mall on 1 June 2023 to get a contract phone but they couldn't help me because their system was offline. I was asked if I knew what phone I wanted before applying to get on contract. I showed her that I wanted the IPhone 12 double deal (I found the booklet on the internet) she gave me the booklet and said the deal is still on until July 6, 2023. I then found out that they advertise the IPhone 12 in the booklet for R100 more expensive and with less Rom. I think it is unethical to advertise something in one platform and when you get there the product is more expensive and not what you expect.

On the 2nd of March after two attempts handing in my brand new laptop I'm still waiting for it to be fixed I called three times today to find out where my laptop is and all that I get is that they will call me back. I'm in essential service industry and it is a batlle to do my work correctly without my laptop

It's great store with everything your need from food to appliances

The power went out whilst standing in line (to pay ) and we were forced to drop our items and vacate the store immediately due to the generator not working. As much as it wasn't really their fault due to the stupid loadshedding. It's INCREDIBLY frustrating to have to drop my items JUST as I'm ready to pay!

We went to Game on 14 Jan to buy a new television set. The staff was friendly and eager to assist. Overall we received good service.

Just amazing... enjoyed my shoppings

Horrible place. Many people that are employed but no one offered to help me. They stood to the side and stared. I asked one of them about a special. They told me the product was sold out. I refused to accept that and finally they admitted that they had one left. They showed me the product. Not even near a shelve. They were clearly stashing it away for themselves. It was a heavy product and while 4 of them stood around me, they watched as I picked it up, by myself, and placed it in my cart. Not a single offer to help. The place has gone downhill.

I went to buy a washing machine at Game and received 5 star service from Keith. Now every time I go there, he remembers me, greets, chats and asks if I need any assistance etc. What a friendly and professional person, thank you Keith for the awesome service!

Everytime I go to game , I think the service cant get worse. The staff stand around in clusters chatting or talking on their phone. When asked for a product, they point you in a direction. Shocking attitude. I did manage to find what I was looking for today.

I approached Game in person to complain about a Bennet Read glasstop that broke on the very 1st time that it was used. Game did not replace it. I bought a replacement on my account from Tevo. This was paid for on 10 August 2022. I am still waiting for feedback from Vusi. Poor service. Poor customer relations.

Shocking. I have been waiting for 30minutes to be assisted by ‘the only person who can assist me’ at the credit desk. Apparently she felt the need to go to Pick a Pay an hour after the store opened. I am shocked at the work ethics of people these days! Overall bad customer experience
