I forgot my glasses at my room and asked the staff to send them to me. After one week's waiting, I gave them a call and asked for the tracking number. The staff named Antonio had no clue about this but promised to ask and called back. One day later, I didn't hear from him. So I called him again and he got really unhappy and said I was being impatient. He also said "you should be grateful that we send you the glasses back!". I was so shocked that they had zero sense of customer service and how rude to react like this to a customer. I would recommend the owner looking into this please. But I will never ever come back to this hotel again in my life. I can understand sometimes things cannot always go right in a hotel. But if you spot a problem and they are happy to fix it, that's the definition of a good hotel. Unfortunately Hotel Weinstube is not the case. And so far I still have not reached out to me and called to apologize. Too bad.

Stayed at the Weinstube Hotel overnight whilst travelling with family and we could not be more impressed. The staff are attentive, polite and friendly and will go above and beyond to help. The room was modern and spacious and everything throughout the whole hotel is spotlessly clean. We ate at the restaurant where we received complimentary starters and the best pork schnitzel we have ever eaten!! I also highly recommend the potato salad. It's delicious. The hotel is advertised as a 3 star however I would certainly say it's much more like a 4 star. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Very nice hotel with basic interiors. Do not expect anything luxurious here, but this is not the purpose of yhe visit, right?..))The purpose is... silence which you can enjoy far-far from noisy cities. The restaurant and wine cellar on ground floor is full of wines and local food, try fondue - the pot is huge))) The personnel is so much helpful. Say, it's not possible to find an open restaurant in Liechtenstein before 5 p.m., but if you buy sone food in grocery nearby, you can ask to quickly heat it in Weinstube at front desk. Thanks a lot, Weinstube team, you saved our lives one time at 2 p.m.)))

I stayed in this hotel while doing the Liechtenstein Trail. The room was a little outdated, differently from the bathroom that was instead very nice and modern. The hotel has also a restaurant, where I had both dinner and breakfast, both were good, maybe service was a little bit slow during dinner.

["Adult family of 6 with a 3 month old. We were there on a Monday while hiking the Liechtenstein-Weig, and unfortunately every single restaurant in town including this hotel\u2019s was closed. So can\u2019t comment on that, but we\u2019ve heard rave reviews. Did appreciate they let us have our bread and cheese dinner on their patio, which is nice. This is a well located small hotel. The bus stop is just opposite the hotel. The rooms are nice with very comfortable bedding and all the essentials. The reception (as well as the restaurant) was closed on Sunday, though getting in was easy with a provided key. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with nice variety, great service and quality of food.

Nice people, wonderful austrian wine selection, superb food and beautiful terrace. Defintely worth visiting ...

We spent two nights at Hotel Weinstube and had a good stay. Our room was quite large, a bit dated, and had a ok view of the surrounding mountains. There was no AC and if we left the windows open at night we would wake up to mosquito bites. The bed was comfy and not too firm, the bathroom was a bit small with zero counterspace [why do hotels never have any counterspace?? they know we are coming with our toiletry bags and need somewhere to spread them out and have access], and we had a loveseat, a small table, and a small fridge. Breakfast was included and there was a great spread of cheese, bread, jams, honey, bacon, eggs, and more. The parking was out front and there were decent size spaces - and it was free!! The downsides: The bathroom was very dark and the lighting [at least for seeing yourself in the mirror] was bad. The shower was a decent size, but the shower head pointed toward the door and water ran out under the door [no threshold] and soaked the bathroom floor quite a bit. We also noticed that upon returning to the room the bathroom would develop an odor [possibly from the shower drain?]
