It
was
hard
to
decide
which
Retreat
to
take
in
Pokhara.
In
the
end
I
followed
my
heart
and
was
open
minded
what
to
expect.
I
am
familiar
with
Yoga
but
didn’t
have
any
experience
with
meditation.
I
took
the
3-4
days
Yoga
,
Meditations
and
Detox
Programm,
and
choose
on
the
last
day
my
silent
day.
It
was
a
great
experience.
The
whole
Sadhana
Family
Team
took
care.
You
are
part
of
a
family
during
the
stay.
It
doesn’t
matter
whether
you
are
a
beginner
or
professional,
in
the
retreat
they
took
of
all
of
us
care
and
considered
the
individual
cases
and
wishes.
I
broke
my
twist
recently,
so
my
yoga
teacher
was
taken
care
of
that
and
was
thoughtful
of
that,
but
still
improving
my
strength
and
flexibility.
The
soul
and
heart
of
the
place,
Durga,
is
so
loving
and
caring
that
you
have
to
be
there
to
experience
that.
She
teaches
you
not
just
her
journey
of
spirituality,
but
also
cook
for
you
the
most
delicious
food
you
will
have
in
Nepal.
And
she
does
it
with
such
a
big
heart.
After
my
detox
days
she
spoiled
me
with
so
delicious
(but
still
healthy!)
food,
that
you
have
to
close
your
eyes
to
really
enjoy
the
moment.
The
different
meditation
classes
were
interesting
and
for
sure
an
experience
I
would
not
like
to
miss.
I
met
nice
people,
some
had
silence
days,
some
also
a
detox,
some
wanted
just
to
have
Yoga
experiences,
and
we
all
could
agree
on
this
wonderful
place
which
gave
us
peace,
calmness
and
harmony.
I
can
recommend
Sadhana
Yoga
Retreat
100%,
and
I
really
don’t
write
often
this
kind
of
reviews.
But
if
a
place
deserve
5
stars,
then
the
Sadhana
Family
does.
They
don’t
do
that
much
marketing
about
some
so
amazing
things.
E.g
the
food
is
cooked
with
mostly
things
from
the
Garden
all
organic.
Durga
prepared
lots
of
herbs
and
powders
by
herself
with
it.
And
they
support
the
local
families
or
help
if
a
tourist
want
to
donate
to
the
public
school.
Or
that
they
are
really
supportive
with
simple
organizations
like
taxi
or
getting
a
bus
ticket.
It
doesn’t
matter
whether
you
have
some
hours
or
some
days,
go
and
have
the
experience.
The
best
spending
time
you
will
have-
it
will
be
in
you.
My
key
lesson
was
that
I
should
love
myself
more
and
take
care
of
me
more.
And
I
loved
to
see
my
body
flexibility
and
strength
improving.
Loved
the
time.
Thank
you
so
much
for
everything!!
