Maybe the most luxurious Hotel in Nepal. As we were there, the Casino, the Pool-Bar and many other things were closed. But still, we had a fantastic time because the place is amazingly beautiful, properly built, and the pool is huge. Like, really huge. We only needed that and the Fitness-Room. Service at the pool was no really there, but in the Restaurant is was fine, and you could order from your room to the pool (it's quite some way).

Feels like you are in Fiji or Bali. You can even have just a glass of beer or a cup of coffee to enjoy the vibe. Feels like miles away from city yet within very close proximity.

We really loved our stay at Tiger Palace. The staff was good and helpful the room was very comfortable and clean. Our child loved the park area and swimming pool. Very peaceful place and kept well. My only thing I felt could be better is the menu. There is no child menu even though they catered to my child's need which we appreciated. So they do need a child menu not spicy either. Then for us as adults would me good if there was more options on the menu and also they do Thali sets but it does not write in menu. A lot of big hotels only do same menu but I think it is better to have a lot more option. Overall though we was very happy indeed and would recommend and have been recommending to all.

It's one of the awesome property that you should visit without fail. The staff is very nice and courteous, they comfort you nicely. Food at the property is very flavourful and awesome.

The Resort is a Very Nice Place, But the Food is not worth it, It's Okay Okay

One of the best resorts of the region with amazingly landscaped property filled with every possible modern amenities. Lots to explore within the property. Either say it's decor or its restaurant or its staff.. each and every thing about this place is of top notch quality... Had one of my best vacations here.. looking forward to visit again ❤️ also sharing some images of the place but wasn't able to capture each part as it was huge.. If you are planning to stay in Lumbini..... go for this place straight... I bet you will not regret it ☺️

Beautiful property. very huge and spacious with lot of amenities. Neat and clean beautiful rooms. It has a pool gym bars, and halls what not Here to shoot a destination wedding. And i must say its a very good destination to plan a wedding if used properly. The food is also very good. If you are in lumbini i will recommend this place.

Loved this place so much, we extended a third day! Not too far from Lumbini! Very clean, friendly staffs, good service. Great for kids! Big, clean pool and spa. We wish their menu was a bit more extended but the food overall was good. Casino was closed at this time. Would definitely come back to Bhairahawa only to spend a couple days here! with my son!

Before reaching or booking ticket just confirm that is there any pool party going on? Okay. Well booked few days before when we leave india and plan to go Nepal. We reached and enjoyed a lot with Party, swimming pool, and foods also. It was tremendous experience with This hotel. I spent 1 day here to explore everything thing and we did it. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in June 2023. The experience was beyond words. Special thanks to Hari, Krishna,Usha and Summit and the management for a superb service and life long memory! Ps: highly recommended the restaurant by the pool. Open at 2pm which is perfect for a late lunch. Best food and cocktails

One of the best property for the entertainer. A big casino is over there which is icing on the cake. Everything is perfect.

This is based on a 3 night stay. The resort is superb and so are the staff. It is close to the highway but needs better marking on google. Food is ok but not great, best to share instructions and set expectations. Gym is well equipped and there are other useful amenities like pool, mini theatre, spa etc. Best place if one is visiting Lumbini for Maya Devi temple visit.

Hotel is too much luxury, it's staff is also very nice and polite in nature. As my experience of 2 days they never hearted anyone of us as we have twenty families stayed there. Room services are available and even services of parlour as chargeable are also available here. Complementary tea coffee pouches sugar pouches bathing gel wash conditioner are all available. Resort has pool side covered with grass garden. There is gym playroom for children.

It was good Except for, How they handled my things. I bought some frozen items from outside to avoid them from being spoil, I requested to keep my things on the freezer for a days, but they kept it on the chiller the instructions was clear in fact, in a note they made, it written there to keep it on a freezer, so i got surprise the moment I received my things from the reception it was already deformed. Its not an expensive items but i was expecting them to handle it properly til i checked out.. i just a little bit disappointed ☹️ Hopefully this will not happen again.. All in all it was a good service, people in the restaurant are very helpful, and housekeeping staff are great. Thank you..

lovely resort in an excellent location... rooms are spotless and clean.. breakfast was plentiful with lots of variety ....swimming pool was amazing.. it was beyond my imagination .. i have never seen such big pool in resort and in the same time spa, sauna and exercise rooms are mind blowing..staffs are always willing to help.... we really enjoyed with our family...It was really memorable ...special thanks to all the staff and specially LAXMAN JEE.. He has really help us all the way for managing everything.. . would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again and again...!!!!

Extremely overpriced for region. Management not organized and most credit cards will not work. Only accept freshly printed currencies, which is foolish and nearly impossible to plan for. I stayed here twice for work in the region. I will never stay here again. Someone is getting rich off this place, but surely NOT the locals. They say Australian owned... avoid this place.

The resort is located around 30 minutes from the Gautam buddha International Airport ! The resort is located in the field areas ! The property has all the major facilities you would expect from a good resort ! But the hospitality and food can be improved ! Open spaces for kids to play and enjoy ! They provide bikes and cycles for the residents although with a price but . One can explore the local area of Lumbini in a stay of minimum 4-5 days here ! They provide airport drop as well as pickup although u might have to make a request well before reaching here !

It has a huge property about 3-4 minutes of drive away from Butwal Bhairahawa Road. Halls are well decorated and air-conditioned. Food was average. They couldn't maintain their standard during buffet system. Staff were poorly mannered and couldn't know the dish they served. Poor hospitality.I was served fish while they called it a vegetarian dish made of dal. Being a vegetarian, I check every food before I eat and I avoided it. it was a insult to vegetarians. I would give them one star because of that. Staffs are the mirror of the hotel. Until and unless, your staffs are not disciplined and well known about hotel, how can you expect to serve your customers.

Experience is ok ok but billing counter people doinf fraud in bills who came from India. And they r not on their commentment. Not very much professional.

The entrance makes you feel like you are in Miami with the beautiful palm trees and the decor. The resort is located 5 km from the Bhairahawa airport and is located in a peaceful area. The M.O.D., Biswas.B.Shah and his staff deserve immense praise.Their traditional warm welcome and genuine hospitality made us feel like VIPs from the moment we arrived. They were wonderful, respectful, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They were attentive to every detail and went out of their way to ensure that our stay was perfect in every way. The accommodations were sheer perfection.The attention to detail in the room's design was impeccable, the bathrooms were well stocked and the plush furnishings made me feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I woke up in the morning feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The dining options by the pool were nothing short of culinary delights. I had the pleasure of indulging in a variety of delectable Nepalese dishes made by Chef. Sherpa, at the Cavana restaurant. The "Volcano Prawn" and "Timur Mushroom" were the highlights of our dinner, which was recommended by Mr. Shah. The resort's pristine pool and crystal-clear waters are simply unparalleled. We spent time relaxing, and swimming in the azure pool. The pool side food service was outstanding as the server was very attentive. Additionally, the Tiger Palace resort's commitment to sustainability and eco-friendliness is commendable. Without Casino. It feels like an ordinary resort. Arcade zone is non functional. Theatre room is basically a conference room, so sitting is quite ordinary.

We went here to enjoy our Christmas But .Amazing resort .Amazing view . Amazing room . Worst room service .Mediocre food, prefer local restaurants as these people were not at all cooperative with food variety and quality . Worst checkin experience . Too expensive . They will Try to extract money from you in whatever way possible . Be aware and carry your on stuff. . Do come in your own car, this way you will enjoy utmost
