Excellent indoor gym that's adding a covered outdoor area for miscellaneous work-outs. Brand new equipment for both machine workouts and aerobic training. Plenty of weights for dead-lift, squat, bench and overhead presses. Was pleasantly surprised to find this new facility right in the heart of Lakeside and offering value-for-money session rates for a casual or longer term membership. The owner, Sam, is approachable and accommodating offering personal training supervision if required. I was missing my Perth, Western Australia gym training sessions and was thankful to find this gem!

Probably the best workout location in pokhara. Great equipment - plates and barbells for heavy lifters, and lots of machines for anything else you need. They have trolleys, ropes, rings and tyres too for those who prefer functional/calisthenics workouts Large space - plenty of room to lug around iron and not crowded, but this was during the off peak season (June-Jul). Personal preference, but i loved the general decor style Price point - very reasonable for temporary travellers at 600 NPR for a day pass General facility - clean lockers and showers. Front desk serves supplements and protein shakes if you need them

Love this gym! It’s spacious with a large functional area, cardio machines, free weights, free water top-ups and more. Changing rooms have lockers, toilet and showers, and there is also a cafe where protein shakes and fresh juices are available. Day pass is 600 rps

Great gym, more than enough equipment (more than most gyms in the uk) for any workout. Very friendly staff, perfect location, good pricing and they offer ample space for changing rooms and showers. Will definitely visit next time!

VYAYAMSHALA is hands down the best gym in the town. 🙌 Talk about location, equipments & the vibes, it perfectly blends all those in a single place. The best thing I love about this gym is that it has a separate place for Calisthenics. The flooring is clean, layout is perfect & the staffs are helpful. Overall the best gym in Pokhara.

My wife and I spent a week in Pokhara and we are avid gym rats. This place was perfect for us. The Good : - Lots of space - Plenty of weights - Not overcrowded (8 or 9am - 1030 or 1130 am) - Had fans - Super clean & organized - Super affordable for temp membership - Solid diversity of machines and free weights Downsides that don't really matter - Very hot (we went during off season but even with the fans it was a lot) - Protein shakes were only mixed with water (what are we psychopaths?) - The machines need some maintenance specifically the cables were a little worrisome, wires are scraping the weights and seemed to be wearing away.

Good gym. I’ve been to three gyms in Pokhara and this one is good. It’s not too big and has limited equipment, but a few machines are hard to find anywhere else. I will say, the j cups for the bench press are in the wrong spot so it makes unpacking pretty sketchy. The have a place for squats and a deadlift platform too. Recommended. Day pass was 600 for me (Jan 2023).

Very decent gym! Clean, spacious, all the basic equipment available and a nice, big area for stretching, movement, tire flips etc. Friendly staff and never felt uncomfortable as a solo female, plenty of other (local and foreign) women training there as well.

Echoing most of the other reviews, a well equipped central gym with everything you would need for a good workout. They also sell towels.

Great gym to workout in. I paid 600rp for a day pass (1000rp for two day pass) and it was completely worth it! They have everything you need for a good workout, as well as an area to purchase snacks, coffee and protein shakes. Definitely recommend!

The best jym in the likeside. Very spacious and clean. There are usually no too much people, so it is very comfortable to work out. Highly recommend! The monthly price 7000. You also can get a locker, towel and protein shake at reception:)

One of the best gym in Pokhara. Very clean and spacious. All other gyms I visited are not so clean and no good vibes.

Pretty decent gym to workout in Pokhara lakeside. Very well equipped. I mostly do calisthenics and they had all the bars needed. They had gym rings too but it was hung up too high and I wasn’t allowed to move it. Rings are really versatile equipments and are made to be adjustable so that really defeated it’s purpose. It can be quite hot too in the summer as they don’t have any AC and not enough fans.

A Go To Gym whilst you’re in Pokhara even though you have limited time. Very clean environment with convenient workout space. The staffs were attentive and helpful. Perfect Location since it’s in central Lakeside.
