I have had an impressive experience at Hoopes Vision. My wait time was negligible at every appointment. The staff was professional yet personal. They were always on top of everything. I never felt rushed and my procedure was successful. I had Map Dot Fingerprint Dystrophy in one eye which had never been identified anywhere else. I had no pain in recovery and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I don’t have one complaint or concern.

I really like Hoopes Vision, I have never had such a thorough eye exam before. I started going to Hoopes two years ago. They kept track of the changes in my eyes and corrected them as needed. What is really great about Hoopes is that most everything is done in house which is very convenient. Everyone from reception to the Doctor are very nice. I had cataract surgery done on both eyes and it couldn't have gone smoother.

I loved going to Hoopes! It’s been a year since I got lasik, and I have loved the respect, kindness, and care the staff have given. I was super nervous getting lasik, but I felt the staff were all very kind and they patiently answered all my questions. They really helped me feel safe and confident about my decision to get the surgery. My LASIK experience was incredible. Other places turned me down for having such a high prescription but Hoopes was able to do my procedure with ease. I was really nervous, and they were so good at helping keep me calm and talking me through the whole thing. It was painless and easy. Would 11/10 recommend Hoopes to anyone. My only regret is not doing it sooner.

Dr. Hoopes saw me in the emergency room and referred me to his office for daily visits. His amazing staff and himself have been so kind during a very rough time for me. Without insurance and losing my vision, I was stressed that I'd never recover but he has helped put my mind at ease by making our first focus is to beat the the infection and get my eye back to normal as best we can! He has been very understanding and a huge help to keep me positive. I know I am in good hands every time I walk into his office! Can you name an office that does that? Not I. 🫶🏽 Checking in was easy. I filled out the paperwork emailed to me ahead of time. So couldnt bust an eye joke with her before waiting to be called back like I do at my eye doctors office. Hoopes Vision all in all was an awesome visit. You know their commercials or ads that come through…. Those aren’t lying. 😊👏🏽

I went to another vision correction specialist and they were so happy to quickly push me into cataract surgery. It just didn't feel right. I had heard of Hoopes, I had family members who had really positive experiences, so I made an appointment to have all of those tests done over again. The presence of a cataract was confirmed. However, the ophthalmologist did not have much of a history with me and said let's wait for four or five months and look again and see how aggressive this is. That will tell us which direction to go. And then he gave me counsel on lifestyle changes to preserve my eyesight, and suddenly I felt like I was being treated as a true patient, not just an automatic "cataract replacement surgery" candidate like at the other place. I was so pleased with the modern equipment and the multiple exams given me to make sure the very best views of my eyes were recorded. I am so grateful I was put in the care of ophthalmologists who wanted to look at my entire sight-related health and not just a quickie "one surgery solves all" solution from the other place. He said I probably will need to get surgery eventually because of the cataracts, but he said let's go a little slower and see how aggressive this is before we go to that extreme. Thank you Hoopes, it was nice to be in the hands of true professionals whose vision of me extended beyond a routine, conveyor belt, In-and-out treatment as at the other place.

I had a comprehensive work up, and Dr. Bradley has done more than 10000 cataract surgeries and it shows. My results were excellent with 20/15 vision. Be sure to clarify with him what exactly will happen to close vision if you get far vision correction for both eyes. You’ll need corrective reading glasses always and forevermore. For me the trade-off of superlative far vision correction is worth it.

Had my cataract surgery at Hoopes Vision yesterday, by Dr Philip Hoopes, Jr.. As promised by Dr Hoopes, it was fast, painless, and healed almost immediately. The staff is great! Misty was my nurse; she immediately put me at ease as she explained everything, administered all the eye drops, and started my IV. Dr Buckner did a great job with my cataract surgery. I had a great experience. Every step of the way I had instructions and explanations of what was going to happen. I rarely needed to ask questions because of that. It also helped that my usual eye doctor gave some good information about Hoopes. We will see as time goes on but I am pleased with my experience.

The entire Staff was professional and caring when I went in for an appointment to schedule removal of a cataract. When I had questions/concerns, they addressed them with patience, giving me explanations I could easily understand. I had zero pain during/after surgery and follow-up appt. Hoopes was great! From the moment I checked in the staff friendly and clearly explained what was they were doing during each pre operation check. Dr. Hoopes talked me through everything he was doing during the operation which really helped me stay calm with so much going on around my eyes. The call from Hoopes staff a few hours after I returned home just to make sure I was doing good went a long way in showing how much they care. I had a great experience with Hoopes!

They gave me all the attention I needed every step of they way, while being quick and efficient. I got my eye a week after surgery and they saw me immediately to verify I didn't do any damage.
