    This is and will be mostly a perception review as it was my first time to Chick A Fil A, ever. Clearly, with no doubt this is a restaurant that is focused on innovation and how innovation leads to customer service. It's not about fast food either, it's all about quality. Believe this is the first restaurant I've seen with progressive app based drive thrus with even rewards points added in. Unlike some of their peers there is also a recognition of people. Staff and managers actually greet the customer. Imagine that. 🐥 My order was very basic as is the menu but I can now see why this restaurant is so popular.

    This is a great Chick-fil-A location, there were many people on staff and we ordered and received food very quickly. Grilled nuggets were delicious and the rest of our food was too.

    Lur church and military family...well we love Chicfila. Our church pianist passed...at 105...and Chicfila was her absolute favorite! Always clean, terrific service, excellent staff...Gid bless Chicfila!

    When I went to place the order the person taking my order asked me to pull up 3 times. Everytime I went to pull up, one of the employees kept walking in front of my car. I called the restaurant when I arrived home. The chicken nuggets (2 orders of 30) were soggy and tasted terrible, causing heartburn. The $9.00 bag of chocolate chip cookies were extremely hard and stale. It would be impossible to say they were baked off the same day when I picked up 3 orders around noon. The manager was very polite but the quality of the food and the service while I was there was not good at all.

    So many times they give you half way filled up fry. Legit if you charge for fries, give us the fries!! You better double check your food. Can’t stand billion dollar franchises that skimp the people creating their profit.

    Upon walking in the associate who appeared to be a manager just blankly stared at me without greeting us. When I get to the counter she’s just not friendly and seemed bothered to be taking our order. She gave us drinks that were not the right size. All 3 mediums when I ordered a large Diet Coke, medium water and then small water for our two year old (little hands). She didn’t offer me a receipt but the printout from kitchen said Alecea. We frequent this location and sad to have such poor service.

    It’s CFA, so there is no topping service. Drive-thru went quickly. Got home and was missing a sandwich, but as always, CFA will make sure guests are treated well. They applied a full meal to my CFA app to make up for the sandwich. Looking forward to future visits!

    Any Chick-fil-A lover will enjoy this location. I visited today, and I was promptly asked what I needed and served in under 4 minutes. The employees were friendly, clean, and professional.

    Chick-fil-A literally sets a high bar for fast food. Nobody provides a better experience in this industry, NOBODY!! The staff is always polite, professional, attentive, and happy to be there, unlike most of its competitors. I've never had a bad experience at any location, and over decades of going there, going all the way back to when they were JUST in your local malls. I love the fact they have kept their "closed on Sunday" policy all thses years.

    Still good chicken! But, taking the coleslaw away was the WORST DECISION EVERRR! It's just not the same without it. $16 for 2 sandwiches and fries (those are NOT fries! They are TERRIBLE. ) I know. Inflation. But, it's not worth that to me.

    This place is getting further and further from their Christmas values. Yes. Christmas. I'm not even religious but I feel like every chic fila I walk into now gives me hot topic/ Spencer's employee vibes. Just open on Sundays and I'll forgive you for hiring the pride people.

    The food is fine. But this location has the worst exit. There is only one way to get out. If you go in the morning I hope you have time to sit in the long line of cars. I understand it is not poor planning on their part completely but it’s awful.

    Went through the drive-thru and ordered a breakfast meal and an extra hash brown. Should've checked before I left because there was no extra hash brown. (The meal was for someone else.) This is the third time I've been through this drive-thru and they completely left out an item. I've tried to call the store afterwards but nobody answers the phone. I am not driving back up there for the missing food, so they've gotten away with that all 3 times. I'll be sitting and thoroughly checking the food next time, no matter how much they try to rush you along.

    I am not so fast on the camera. The food was so great that I ate it prior to taking a photo. If you crave great food, this is the place to go. Wonderful staff and excellent food. I HIGHLY recommend this place and will definitely be back. I also tried the frosted coffee, frosted lemonade and frosted strawberry lemonade. All of them are very good.

    Always a pleasure! Melinda Sowers and her team run THE BEST Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to, and we’re proud to be part of their community. They are always happy to see us/greet us and always provide the best quality food. Super quick drive-thru, they’ve got that down to a science! Always looking forward to our next visit!

    Besides it taking forever to get food, you don’t even get a full portion eight dollars for a partially filled container of mac & cheese. I thought you were better than this Chick-fil-A.

    I feel like the quality of food at this location is going down. The grilled nuggets were fatty and so was our chicken sandwiches. Plus our fries were cold, which once waffle fires get cold they are horrible.

    Chick-fil-A rarely disappoints and still comfortably sits atop the fast food industry throne. Service is excellent and fast Food made correctly and well I always use the drive thru but it seems clean enough and decent atmosphere The workers at this location know how to hustle, they work hard and fast moving around taking orders on a tablet speeding up the process exponentially. Never have a bad experience personally at least yet with any customer service.

    Ate lunch inside with my mom and my children. The inside staff were extremely helpful! Always walking around cleaning and chatting. Food was tasty as always. Playground and restrooms were super clean.

    I went to this location, my manager send me to get lunch for the all my coworkers. I had everything in my app ready to order, so i gave the lady the phone so she didn’t have to struggle putting up the order. She ended up putting the wrong order! I asked for a manager and she refused to fixed the order, she said i was paying less but tbh I wasn’t cuz my manager told me a maximum of $50 and what i had in the app was 48.68 to be exact and what she ring me up for was over what i had in the app. I don’t care about my money but it wasn’t mine it was my managers. Im really disappointed with this location.

    Someone named Rachel took it upon herself to chastise her employee right in the lobby in some attempt to shame the employee or correct his behavior. This restaurant is really amazing and the people here are wonderful but she was so rude I couldn't help but share the experience.

    I asked if they had a fried chicken wrap version. They said yes. I confirmed twice with the first attendant and confirmed with the second attendant. I still got a grilled chicken wrap. I wouldn't pay $13 for this. Fast food prices are on par with restaurant food prices. Next time I'll go elsewhere.

    So I came here for me and my family to pick up supper because I worked late and didn’t have time to make anything. I pulled in at 9:25. I pulled up behind someone making an order to the line to the left. I see 2 people pull in about 2 or 3 minutes after I get there and they went to the line to the right. The took the order of the person in front of me and then the order of the person to the right. I was before them but they didn’t know I’m thinking so no big deal. Then I see them blocking the drive through behind me with cones and I thought I must have made it just in time. They then take the order of the second person that should have been after me and I see the lights go off on the menu board, so I asked an employee outside if they were going to take my order. So she goes inside and I didn’t see her again. Another guy walks out and accuses me of moving the cones to get there and they were closed. I explain that the two cars in front of me were there after me. He says he will go inside and check. Several minutes goes by and he didn’t come back. So I pulled to the window and explained what happened and they tell me sorry were closed and we have no food left. The customer service was not good which is unusual for this franchise. I will not be going back to this location. Go to the location on Beach Boulevard. Much better customer service and experience.

    I e been here twice and both times I've been served by a rude employee. What's bad is that this time it was what appeared to be an assistant manager or manager. I guess she wasn't haven't a good day but still it doesn't excuse that type of behavior. I rarely eat out and when I do it mainly Chick-fil-A but with stuff like this happening they'll just end up cut out also! Highly disappointed!!

    I have no idea why Chick-fil-A is so popular. The food is nothing to write home about. It's bland and completely pedestrian. The employees however are quite pleasant and friendly.

    I had a wonderful meal with my girlfriend a couple of nights ago and the customer service in the drive thru was outstanding. My order was taken by a girl named Keala (I believe), she was very nice and helpful. I had an issue with my girlfriends mobile app and she got it smoothed out right away, I felt bad for the inconvenience but she was super helpful and made me feel less bad, she an amazing worker. The food was delicious and I would definitely recommend. The line was super long but it only took 5 to 10 minutes max, they got us through really quick. Definitely a favorite location for me and I will be back again.

    Chicken sandwich must have been made 45 min prior to us driving thru pick up. Sandwich was soggy not crispy at all I couldn’t eat it. The chicken texture felt rubbery probably because it sat up to long. Extremely disappointed. Service was great but not my chicken sandwich.
