Customer service pick up counter girl-no name tag- very rude. She yelled out 2 sandwiches for myself and the guy behind me. Tossed them up on the counter. The wrong sandwich was made for one. Tried to get her attention 3 times, the guy behind me had to yell at her, she was 3 feet away. We corrected what our sandwiches were. She didn’t smile, say a word, gave a dirty look, just turned around slapped another egg on the counter, begrudgingly made the second sandwich and when done tossed the bag on the counter, and gave another dirty look at me. It wasn’t my mistake and I wasn’t rude at all. She put 2 sandwiches up, one was incorrect. She let the guy take off with my sandwich and I was before him. Terrible attitude and behavior. Almost afraid to eat the sandwich.

The donuts were good, but they discontinued 2 of the 3 types of donuts that I actually go there for. While the flavors that I had to settle for were good, I don't know if I'll be back due to them no longer offering the flavors I was after. They no longer make apple fritters, and they no longer make cinnamon powdered munchkins.

Didn't put enough sugar and had a smart comment because I wanted to put a little more cream and cool my coffee off why should it matter how I want it I paid for it I hate when people are rude because you're different or bad different thing show some respect can we all get along

I would never suggesting to order delivery from this location. they have stated that any deliveries will be worked last forget getting your morning coffee before work. Ugh… I don’t know when storm clothes you’re going to realize that we’re not just delivery drivers. We’re a customer.

Sometimes I've ordered online to pick up and they have the doors locked... I think they should have more staffing to at least be able to open the doors

Nasty, NASTY attitude. I don’t know her name, but she always has an attitude, and today she yelled at me across the store when I said my drink was wrong. I requested liquid sugar- and she used granulated sugar. I ordered a cold coffee. Sugar doesn’t dissolve in cold coffee. This is the only store I have to specify to put liquid sugar in my cold drink.. if I don’t, it’s like sucking up sand in your straw. It’s not even the fact that my order was wrong, it’s that she had an attitude, told me I was wrong multiple times, YELLED, and refused to fix it. She just turned away from me as if to say “end of discussion”. Well here’s your photo proof, MA’AM, since you were so adamant that you didn’t put granulated sugar in my drink. This was taken after the drink sat all day at work. Thanks for the trash coffee. So ridiculous that I even have to write this. Have the day you deserve.

I love dunkin donuts. The staff is friendly and very effective. The service is excellent and ur in and out within 10 mins or so..

Great service, didn't feel rushed when I ordered. Received our order quickly. My best friend and I were able to sit and talk for an hour without it being loud and fussy like certain busy Dunkin's!!

Clean, This store has a chill vibe, quick, polite service, with a slash of sarcastically funny banter going on behind the counter, the music is at a perfect level not too loud, music played is upbeat, happy vibes here! A very small, crowded, and often busy Dunkin. But the donuts are usually good, the iced coffees great, and the employees friendly. A local favorite. Would be nice if they expanded and/or added a drive thru!

Stopped in to grab a snack and a coffee. Our order was accurate, food was fresh and coffee was delicious! Don't forget to download and use the dunkin app-I got the lemon loaf free!

Service was fantastic, I have processing issues at times and Alan was amazingly patient with my stuttering and stammering, order was up in record timing for it's size. New Hampshire Dunkin' franchisees could learn something here.

Usually don't have any issues here, even though there's usually a wait because it gets busy. However today I was less than pleased. I had ordered the same thing as a regular who came in after me and they gave him my food. I had already been waiting awhile and neither of our items were mobile orders and the expeditors told me that wasn't my order because "her others that all the time".

Great coffee, nice staff. Bacon great....miss veggie sausage. Donuts made without enough vanilla cream inside....Dunkin on Atlantic better at that...plus they have the Baskin Robbins and drive thru

The employees were nice, and did the pesto grilled cheese right, I visited other Dunkin Donuts and the grill cheese was burn out side and cold inside.
